The room was clean BUT everything is worn. It really really really needs updating!!! Old an tired. Breakfast.... That's not breakfast! I chose the least sugared çereal to go with my one side toasted toast. For a place that accommodates so many per night they only have not nearly enough seating. I shared with a stranger. It was cheap, but then you get what you pay for. ...or less.

Room not clean, insects with wings lots of them...... could have been ants, see light through door edges, no coffee, they said there was a continental breakfast but did not stay to try!!!

This place is falling apart. It’s very old and needs updating and a good cleaning. AC vent needs to be cleaned and filters changed. Wall paper is peeling off. Bathtub had mildew or mold. Could barely wash my hands without the sink filling (clogged) the carpet in my room was awful, needs to be replaced. The sheets had stains, there’s old furniture piled outside in various spots, makes it feel trashy. Overall just doesn’t feel like a comfortable clean place to rest. I’d say you get what you pay for but 110$ a night hardly felt worth it. Rather stay at a campground to be honest

The room was ok and the bed (mattress) was great. Floors needed a wash as my feet got dirty walking on them. The outside sidewalk etc had litter, stains etc Only one bar of soap!

Good location and tidy and clean rooms. The only detraction was that the majority of the electrical plugs were worn out and loose. Making it difficult to plu in chargers or laptops.

It was gross all around!

The suite was spacious but needed a bit of tending to. There were 2 Queen site bed and a couch and a kitchen. The amenities were at a minimum though. The location was right by the highway so ready to go in the morning and the price was right.

Breakfast was convenient

Room was clean, and had what we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot is congested and small, but not other options for property size. Washing machine was adequate, however the dryer was not working properly and we had to hang clothes in the room to finish drying overnight. Breakfast was a small selection, but more than adequate for us

Clean room, close to Tim Horton’s and staff was kind. It wasn’t far from main area of Kamloops

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, and it did not feel fresh or well maintained. The furniture and other items in the room were very old and worn out. The sink drain was also clogged, which was very inconvenient. The stairways were especially unpleasant, with a very dirty, old carpet that made the whole hotel feel neglected. Overall, our experience was far below our expectations. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness or the condition of the hotel.

Outdated and carpet smelled.

The web site says pool, there is no pool. The web site shows pretty flower pots. An inviting outdoors. There were pots a few flowers needed to be maintained. There were weeds, garbage, around the facility. Outdoor chairs needed replaced. Torn and old looking

Grounds were littered, unit was battered Bed was comfortable, exterior stairs rusty and bird pooped, parking was ok if you got in early, otherwise you parked and walked a fair distance to accommodation, gave breakfast a miss , some Reno’s going on but it’s the start of tourist season , units should be ready and grounds spruced up

For a quick stop this hotel would be ok but i would not recommend it for any length of time. the hotel appeared to be very poorly maintained and the cleaning was sub par at best. when i went to open up the night stand between the beds i felt something sticky. would recommend looking for something else within the same price range.
