Very clean and spacious rooms. The decor could do with an update but this is a lovely hotel with very friendly, helpful and professional staff, and the breakfast is outstanding. Great location, right next to the beach area.

Excellent stay, especially with underground parking given how busy the area gets

The staff are friendly, helpful and really made me feel welcomed. The hotel is clean and comfortable with the seaside 2 blocks away. Lots of restaurants nearby and the hotel's breakfast was lovely. I also had a massage which was very good.

Good location, close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Need to be aware that spa and associates amenities are not included. Fabulous breakfast and mini bar included which was a great bonus. Around a 15-20 minute walk from the train station but easily done. The themed rooms provide a great talking point. Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend.and surprising given the reasonable price.

Booked a double room with breakfast and were given a very large room with an even bigger balcony. Breakfast had a good selection of savoury and sweet. Especially recommend the homemade cakes. Hotel is in a quiet road only a couple of minutes walk from bars, shops and restaurants.

Close to the beach. Very uncomfortable double beds. Horrible beds. Loud outside noise at 4am. Sauna is 30 euro per person.

The most uncomfortable beds, bare minimum rooms. Felt unwelcome. The younger staff were very friendly, but the older staff were not.

I booked this place because of the beautiful romantic pictures of nice rooms and a pool. It was for our wedding anniversary and I was very disappointed. Location is good . Beach and chairs are not included . $20U per person for use of beach chairs . Breakfast was to be included but when we got there it was extra. 👎👎👎

We have just spent a week at Sovrana and cannot fault the place . The. Location is perfect , 15 mins from main statIon , 5 min from prominade,2 mins from " high street" with it' touristic buzz , 3 mins from local supermarket for those who like the buy some nibbles etc and finally 7-8 mins from lovely beach . Hotel staff are lovely , polite and friendly, the lady manger ( owner) of the hotel ( apologies we never exchange with names so don't know her name ;( , she was very friendly and chatting to us while we shared interest in history of the Rimini so all very good. As you probably know by now beaches are not free in Italy so I'd recommend to use the hotwl's deal with beach numbe 35 , 10 euros p day and save 2 euros of you are staying long , save yourself a scoop of two of local Gelatos.. Overall I would certainly recommend the place with only minor comment to current owners to consider having some double beds( although I understand this might not be commwrcially viable ) otherwise twin beds are OK for couples, We definitely will come back . Thanks for great hospitality !!

Hotel has very good breakfast and is friendly. Could do with hooks in bathroom and litter bin in bedroom

Because of the transport, I stayed in here for a night only. At first, the room cleanliness is very important to me, and the quality is satisfied. One of the expectation is breakfast buffet. It was the best in my trip! It provided bread, cakes, yogurt, milk, biscuits, fruits, coffee and tea. It also provide some lactose-free food.

Needs updating. First room had a smell of sewers but we were given another room as soon as we mentioned this. Good service and helpful staff

the hotel is small but friendly. Good location and 5 minutes from the beach. Breakfast was very nice especially the home made biscuits and cakes.

Absolutely LOVED it! Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, wonderful location. Easy to use local bus to/from train station.
