The staff are very welcoming however the hotel is very tired in places. The level lift is too small so it takes a while to get to the rooftop or your room sometimes. It is a quiet hotel and you can walk to different restaurants so the location is good.

Hotel Meliá had all you need to recharge and have a great holiday. The pool areas, bars and communal spaces were excellent. The staff super friendly, professional and service minded. Great location close to the airport and has easy access to walk to both the nearest town and on the coast. The rooms and design throughout the hotel were perfect, clean and new. The hotel offered entertainment and activities such as yoga, which was high quality. I had bought half board, which I probably wouldnt do again because the selection was limited.

Hotel is great, breakfast is amazing and the are for having it is so pleasant... Our room had such a beautiful sightseeing. Unbeatable. Room size was a little too small to me, all furniture was modern, nice and high quality. The bad note goes, with no doubt, to the lack of soundproof among rooms. We could hear the couple next room as if there were no walls. Should.i watched TV they would have hated me. Need to improve that. Pool area was nice but pool water was not clean as expected (too many traces of sun protectors, lotions, etc). Needed more filtering. Elevator lacks AC and the hotel has almost no parking available so you need to park 5 minutes walk away which is fine but not the best option for a hotel this price. Rooftop restaurant is really nice, view, ambient, dinner, staff. Everything is highly recommended there. Town is just 10 minutes away and is really nice and quiet. Overall is a good option if you are not looking for the noise of Ibiza.

Myself and my partner stayed for 1 week vacation. We chose the hotel for the location and Adult's Only status. We liked the hotel but had a couple of issues with our Seaview Room, firstly the smell of cooking from the kitchens came through the air con vent each evening and secondly the ceiling above our shower started leaking water from the shower of the room above. We reported both issues to the hotel and they offered to move us, we chose not too as we couldn’t be bothered repacking our cases. The location of the hotel is great, 10 minutes walk to the harbour and numerous restaurants and shops. Taxi rank right across the road, easy to get to Ibiza old town.

Great hotel in a good location, we upgraded to the level which gives access to the lounge and rooftop pool which is a nice area, they area but crafty in that you cannot take your complimentary beers/wine outside of the lounge and have to pay for everything even water up at the rooftop however, overall it was worth the extra expense. They could also look upgrading the levels lift, too small and often long waits for it. But all in all a nice hotel and we would return.

Check in was a poor experience. It is obvious we were at the start of the season and the team did not really know what they were doing. They “lost” our bags and we had to go with them to locate them as no one was doing anything to find them. No one was answering the phone from the room so again had to go down to reception. Location is very good for the town and the pool areas is nice. Evening bar staff were very friendly and good service. Thai Spa was very good. On check out had other drinks charged to our room which we had to have removed after some discussion. I imagine once the team are settled into their roles it would be a better experience.

Loved loved loved this hotel. Make sure you upgrade to the level if you can. But if you can’t it’s still amazing. Will return

we couldn't fault the hotel, the facilities or the staff. Sadly, despite great breakfasts and snacks, the evening meals were a massive disappointment ! Having booked half board, we ended up eating all but one of our evening meals away from the hotel.

This is our second visit, the hotel is lovely in a great location and has recently been refurbished. this year though I didn't find a lot of the staff as friendly and I really didn't approve of the 2 tier segregation they have introduced removing access for non "level" guests to the roof terrace with no prior mention, and the expedia blurb on the hotel still clearly stating guests have access to a stunning roof terrace... the prices of food and drink and day beds have jumped up too. spoilt the feel for us...

Melia Ibiza adults only is a fabulous and beautiful property. The ocean view and room size would not have been possible in our group's budget to visit Ibiza. Room was a very good value. The staff were attentive and able to help us. The only things I didn't love are the distance from downtown/points of interest, and one of the restaurants was not very good (expensive for okay food). Food also closes fairly early in this area (10 Pm). For someone who likes a nice place and is okay with the distance and food limitations, this is a great resort to stay at. Someone looking for proximity to downtown and being in a lively area-probably not the best choice. It was 40 euros each way to take taxis into town. The breakfast is fabulous and very convenient. Beach is about 10 minutes walking distance away in a nice area with food and shops.

Terrible service. A/C and phone were not working for almost two days and the staff didn't have any decency to even say sorry, forget feeling sorry about it.

A lovely location for the hotel and fabulous views over the sea from our room. A 10-15 minute walk from the resort centre, which is ideal if you would like somewhere peaceful. Lovely relaxed atmosphere at the hotel overall, which was conducive to a relaxing holiday. However, some areas of the hotel were a little tatty and tired looking in places, definitely in need of some TLC. We were half-board and food-wise, the options for a vegan (me) were VERY limited, unless I wanted salad vegetables, fruit or fried potatoes. Very limited vegan protein available at mealtimes and a disappointing selection of any vegan food, or the understanding of what a vegan might eat as a balanced meal. This is disappointing given the hotel styles itself as 4 star. Generally I expect better than this from a Melia hotel of that price. However, the staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful, which made all the difference. Great pool choice, although the rooftop terrace and pool did not feel "exclusive" in any way.

The hotel was lovely, airy with lots of space the bedrooms were spacious we had a beautiful view with a full balcony looking out to the sea which we paid for as an upgrade but well worth it. The choice of breakfasts daily were amazing fresh breads, pastries, fruits, cooked omelettes to name a few. Musical specialists would play whilst the breakfasts were served all looking out to views of the sea. There was complementary yoga in the morning in the garden grounds. I highly recommend The Sol beach hotel. in the grounds

It took forever to check in and breakfast started so late 8 am…typical breakfast starts at 7 am. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the guy snoring in neighboring room.
