Hotel and rooms were fine, but the breakfast was something else.

The room was clean, and the bathroom is small. Typical of what I have been seeing here in most hotels in Norway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was as expected, the cooked items were barely warm and the scrambled eggs could have been cooked more. A ship pier is situated right next to hotel so you could get woken up by a ship at 1 AM!

Major props to the night manager who helped us secure a taxi in a pinch and provided us with a bag of breakfast treats prior to our early flight.

Nice larger hotel. Parking is a challenge in Ålesund. We were fortunate to find a spot in lot next to hotel (needed to install app and pay (about $26/day) Good location and many good food options in area.

Staff were helpful. Room was clean in bed was comfortable had a view overlooking the water. The only downside was when the cruise ship would park there. It was a little noisy, but didn’t last long.

The location and breakfasts were great and the front desk staff was very helpful and accomodating.

Clean hotel, fridge and tea kettle in room, excellent front desk service, good food for breakfast buffet and dinner.

Parking was quite limited I had to park more than a block down but the stay was good, staff was great, the location was great as well by the water.
