Easy check in, room was clean and breakfast was good.

Staff amenities

I made this reservation with the impression there was access to a swimming pool and a hot tub. I was not informed until I was checking in that the pool and hot tub were not available. I didn't even end up staying for the time I had paid for because of this. It was not posted and I was not notified until after I had already paid for the reservation. Huge disappointment.

Great stay

My stay was very nice. Room upgrade offered was wonderful. Both dogs enjoyed their stay too! Only negative was the strong odour of Indian Currie aromas in lobby.

Breakfast, front desk staff

Room with kitchenette was amazing. Able to celebrate a preteen sleepover bday party as rooms are soundproof. They sang their little hearts out with our portable mini karaoke after a swim in the indoor pool. Nice variety of breakfast items

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was amazing…..not your typical continental breakfast served at most hotels. Everything from sausage, eggs, hashbrowns, fruit and yogurt, waffle making station, toast, bagels, muffins and pastries, along with choice of cereals, juices and coffee and much more.

The night we checked in the gentleman at the front desk provided outstanding service and was so welcoming. We will definitely stay at your hotel the next time we visit.

We had a very positive stay, the rooms are big, and staff super friendly. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of variety, both my kids had lots to choose from. The pool and hot tub were well kept and clean, the hotel is central and walkable to downtown shops and places for lunch. Would 100% stay here again
