Location is good. Close to tram. Hotel only okay. No AC or fridge in room.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and area of space was great in the Jr Suite. One elevator was down so that was something of a bummer as we were on the 6th floor

Staff was amazing. Room was nice. My only complaint was there was no AC in room. Heat ran full time, had a control knob. There was no difference in room temp unless door and window was open

The staff was very helpful with booking our taxis & especially restaurant recommendations!!!

As our visit coincided with the warmest weather in Dublin since many years, the room got too hot during the day and the only thing to cool inside was a fan. Other than that everything was fine.

The hotel was clean and quiet, the staff were very helpful and kind, the breakfast was very good. The location was excellent. We had two major issues : 1- The bathroom shower did not have a secure cover so whenever we took shower, the bathroom was flooded with the shower water. Also we came close to falling out of the narrow tub while standing. (The glass cover was not fixed and could move freely if you lean on it, as we found out( The hotel administration should fix this issue. Hot and cold were not very clear and you either scalded yourself or had to wash in freezing cold water. 2- There were hangers but NO drawer cabinets in the room so we had to keep our clothes in the suitcases. The hotel administration should install at least a four-drawer cabinet in the rooms. This is a minor issue but please note: You may want to include a few non-pork proteins for breakfast for those of us who do not eat pork. Otherwise it was a good hotel and we would stay there again.

Great location, you could walk to most of the main attractions within minutes. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Only complaint would be is the shower is a little small and the shower head has low pressure but handheld has a lot of pressure. Thanks for a great stay.

There was a stale smell so please improve that before allocating the room

The location was amazing. Close to everything we wanted to do and across the street from Jameson Distillery tour. I was disappointed with the parking situation. I purposefully booked this hotel as it said parking was included, but parking was actually at a separate parking garage. I was ok with this. My issue is that I used the contact feature through the Hotels app but the hotel never responded. I eventually had to email them and for the parking, I was told we had to register the license plate with the hotel a minimum of 24 hours before check in. As i was flying in and renting a car, I did not have this info. As well, when checking in, I asked at the front desk and their response was the same. When I explained I had a rental car, they said they couldn't do anything and just had to pay the full rate. The room was ok. For being a well rated hotel I wasn't expecting to have broken tiles in the bathroom and a window which broke when closed. I would book this hotel again, on a deal, as it was not worth the full value.

Quiet, clean and excellent location with numerous restaurants and Jameson distillery. Check out Cobblestone pub for traditional Irish music.

Breakfast served until 11am but I'd recomend getting in early, nothing was fresh at 10.30am on sunday. Rooms dont have Air conditioning but they do have an electric fan. One lift was out of service so waiting for the lift at busy periods was frustrating

Staff were beyond helpful. What an incredible team. Not sure of his name - but we had a male front of house staff member literally save a trapped bird from our balcony with his leg. Nearlly pulled a hamstring in doing so.. but wow. What a man. Only downside to our stay was our neighbour smoking on his non-smoking balcony in his underwear. Not appropriate with 2 young girls and smells disgusting. Booked a non-smoking room to avoid these putrid smells.. but alas, we were engulfed in a putrid cloud of second-hand smoke.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Room was relatively clean. The staff were VERY friendly and helpful!! They answered any/all questions or concerns we had. We asked for a mini fridge and they brought one up to our room within minutes. I appreciated the water bottles they provided us on the daily 😊 The also provided tea and biscuits in our room for us to enjoy. Overall it was a pleasant experience! Thank you Maldron staff!!
