Very good hotel with a good shower and bathroom. Tea and coffee in the room.

Great hotel. Great room. Comfortable beds.Great price through Expedia. Lovely rooftop pool / bar to relax in after a long day walking around in the sun.

The room was very clean & presentable, with the mini bar re-stocked every day. The hotel itself felt like a quality 4 star and I was happy with the facilities. It was a slight shame that it cost money to use the gym (from what I understand) as I would have expected this to be free. The staff were mostly very friendly and helpful - especially the bar staff on the terrace. My only minor point of constructive feedback would be when I requested a late checkout at 1am (which was the same day as my checkout) I was told I need to come back in the morning in case there were any bookings through the night. It makes sense as it is peak holiday season but it would have been nice to have had confirmation when I first asked. I didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment there but the rest of my stay was very pleasant and overall I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, and conveniently located for the city centre. Breakfast was very good, all options were available, and it set us up perfectly for the day. Enjoyed our stay.

The staff really made the hotel special. They were all very kind and helped us tremendously with accommodating a disability.

A good location ! Room was clean but basic! Tea and coffee facilities would have been good. Staff were friendly and the bar area was nice. We used the gym which was good.

Too many bugs in the room. The room also had a musty smell.

"Gym area" was a joke. The rooftop "pool area" was well-used, but the pool is tiny and used only to stand in. Kind of weird. One of the two elevators was inoperable during our entire 4 day stay. Neighborhood was safe, offered many restaurant options.

Wry helpful staff. Excellent dinner in the cafe and wonderful breakfast. Difficult to find the hotel And challenging to access by car but the staff helped locate the parking lot. Room was very nice.

The breakfast was good. The hotel is good for backpackers. No parking at all not even for drop off. Difficult access by car. Room is good but humble for a 4star. Not even a bottle a water is offered. Bring your own hair conditioner. There is none.

The property was nice and in a good location. However, the person who attended us could have been more helpful and was unenthusiastic about our arrival. She gave no directions or assistance regarding the amenities of the hotel. We had to listen to the other hostess to get our information.

Stayed 2 nights, really enjoyed it. It’s < 20 mins walk to the popular tourist attractions. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. We got a top corner room with a big balcony and beautiful views.

One of the best hotels in town

Great location and the best breakfast. We enjoyed the spa and a couples massage. Everyone was very friendly.
