This is a great stop over motel. Bed was comfortable and I didn't hear any noises from other quests rooms. Not a crowded place in the summer. I went in July and the air conditioner was excellent, easy to adjust. I like white noise when I sleep and the air conditioner does make a hum and a few clicks now and then but not in the least disturbing. No clanging or rattling. Pillows comfortable. The only thing I thought a bit lacking was a table. I used the ironing board as a dining table which worked out well since I was by my self.

Property was average . only problem was the lock on the outer door would not engage and the faucet in the bathroom was very loose. The bed was very comfortable. I Guese that's what was what we were there for.

It's the off season so it was very quiet. The stay was great, no complaints

Nice and cozy

Rugged old motel. No amenities. No breakfast. Unsure who stays there. Clean enough, and convenient to where we needed to be. So, ok for a single guy for a couple nights.

Someone banging on my door before check out to see if I was leaving. Wow. They couldn't have called on the phone. Maybe the front desk clerk should have asked when I was checking out. Very unprofessional what he did by banging on my door

It was a clean, safe motel, a great value. I have no complaints. Nearby Bellow Falls is only 4-5 miles away with several restaurant options. It served my needs well. Friendly staff.

There was no working TV for the first three hours. There were loud people running around the parking lot and in nearby rooms at 3:00 am, and no one did anything about it

The owners tried hard to please. The only food available nearby was a convenience store in a gas station. The nearest restaurant, according to the owners, was 20 miles away. The price was reasonable enough to make up for these shortcomings.

Meet our short stay needs,

a basic but perfectly acceptable room for overnight. Location was easy to find and close to great scenery and Vermont Country Store.

Nice staff at the desk, nice room, no breakfast

We did not even check in. The ourside environment did not look safe. It appeared no cars were in the lot but some people were hanging around. We felt it wasnt worth taking a chance so we moved on.

Definitely not a 5 star resort, but it was reasonably clean and quiet Served our needs well. The staff was friendly and helpful

I was traveling through the area and needed a clean and comfortable room. This motel was clean and comfortable.

Horrible place. Don't bother

Furnishings were old and tired looking, television stations and quality of service horrible. Bathroom very old and looked dirty. By the far the worse accommodations ever experienced, Expedia should not offer this hotel.

This place is tired. Everything about this place is old. Decor, fixtures, pillows, all of it. We have stayed here before but I hope this was the last time. No breakfast due to "Health and Safety"? The health emergency was over months ago. Not worth the price. We have stayed here for the convenience of where we need to be the next day, but we will drive a greater distance to avoid this place.
