Clean room and friendly staff suited our needs

We are from out of town. Was raining very bad and wanted to just get a room. That's all this was but there were cob webs on the ceiling and just dark and earie. Police were 2 doors door dealing with a family within 10 minutes of our stay. Just didn't feel comfortable. We left and went somewhere else. The pick of this place was just a bad choice

Great place for a clean room and bed. No frills. Just a clean room and bed like we wanted. And at a great price.

I know they are renovating the rooms and I am not sure if they are replacing the tile in the bathroom...but its completely uneven and missing grout. The edges of the room are caulked in very messily. The tiles were so unlevel you vould almost trip on them. One conoletely cracked when i stepped on it. Bedding was new but it had a huge stain on it and I don't even want to imagine what it was from. Everything felt dirty even though it was new. We got in late so i couldnt ask for it to be cleaned. No vacancies to swap. I wasn't expecting much for a last minute booking but i definitely wasn't expecting that!

Beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly. Room had a small fridge which came in handy. We were disappointed in the room based on cost and distance from Grand Haven, figured it’d have been much nicer. Not terrible but definitely wouldn’t book it for more than one night. No real lobby either, just a room with chairs. Worst part of our stay was the terrible smell of cigarettes reeking in the room…

The room was average. It was in a good location for local activities. Smelled musty, therefore, if I return I'll bring air spray or a candle.

Couple maintenence items and a damp smell. Super nice staff

Carpets have never ever been washed or cleaned. Your feet will turn black after walking on them for like 2 minutes.

Clean, no frills. Short drive to downtown and the beach.

The room we had was in very poor shape. Every tile in the bathroom floor was loose or broken. We wore flip flops so that we didn’t cut our feet on the tiles. The bathtub didn’t drain properly so I was standing in several inches of water at the end of my shower. I didn’t have high expectations, but I was still disappointed.
