Fantastic hotel, excellent location and extremely helpful staff

During my recent visit to AluaSoul hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and the highest of customer service provided located in a great area. However, my stay was somewhat marred by the accommodations. The bed in my room left much to be desired; the mattress was torn and lacked the firmness I prefer for a good night's sleep. While the culinary offerings were outstanding, the comfort of the lodging did not meet the same high standards. Overall, I would highly recommend AluaSoul for your stay.

We had a fabulous stay, very clean and lovely room. We had an issue checking in as the computers were not working however the chap on duty was very apologetic. Air conditioning could have been colder but we were unable to change the settings. Meals and drinks very reasonably priced and good quality. The only real issue we had was with the lifeguard, we left our beds to have some lunch in your restaurant and he threw our bags and towels off the beds. When I challenged him he said we had been gone an hour, the couple next to us said he threw them off when we had been gone only 10 minutes, he was extremely rude to me and my husband. We adhered to the not putting your towels on the subbed until 10am when other were putting them out at 07.30. Apart from this we had a great stay.

Amazing buffet(although pricey). Great amenities. Great staff. Good time! Only issue: no water dispenser other than the hidden one in the gym that staff won't tell you about :P

Really nice, quiet and well equipped hotel in a perfect location. If you’re into swimming in the sea vs pool like us, it will take you about 15 mins walk to get to a nice sandy beach (Palma beach) but I appreciate the walk so it didn’t bother us. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

Pool open 10 til 6pm only when lifeguard employed. No free water. Pool staff and food vg. Front sea room lively view

Both and good and not so good. Starting with less good : Problems with staff knowledge regarding payment at the reception. took a long time and was complicated. The hotel is advertised as non-smoking, which is basically what all hotels do today. But this hotel has taken the ban to its limit. That is, there is no place whatsoever to sit in the entire hotel area and have a drink and a cigarette, another guest also informed me that they were forbidden to smoke on the room's own balcony. Foolishness during holiday celebrations is the last thing you want to experience. Can understand the intention, but change this, make a smoker's corner where smokers can have a drink and a cigarette, this will surely increase the hotel's popularity. Very good ! Best breakfast I've had at a tourist hotel in Europe, we also tried dinner which was also good so the restaurant gets 5 stars. Very good beds, and good shower with plenty of hot water. Quiet and very clean hotel.

We last stayed at the hotel 17 years ago under its previous name, its was great to come back and see that it was better than the last time, staff are fantastic, rooms clean and bright, food excellent will be going back again.

Stay there often ( close to airport ) Area around it is a bit run down in places
