The room smelled mold

Pool area was fine , room was fine. It was just an average hotel. I would not recommend for longer stays than just an overnight.

We had a terrible experience. Our room was cleaned one time. We constantly had to ask for clean towels. No waited on us at the bar in the hotel.

Room was ok. Clean.

Conveniently located to food and the beach…

Room was clean nothing to bad to complain about the rooms staff was ok even though they have you wait long to order or come to you. Pizza stop was great they greeted us and answered all questions we had. The front desk was unorganized after seating 4 hrs on the plane to get to the hotel which we got here at 1245 hoping i can get early check in they made me wait 4 hrs for a room even after check in was at 3pm we were not happy . It took til almost 4 to get called for a key and the line was super long …… Check out went smooth but do check ur pending charges it didn't make sense at all waiting for all to clear to know whats right and whats wrong ….

The rooms were clean and the staff was excellent. The beach was just a short walk across the street and many great restaurants and amenities were in walking distance. There was a great retro feel to the hotel with its unique decor and colors. I would stay there again for sure.

Air conditioning unit was going out. Made loud noise and shook every time it cycled on.

Overall pretty nice hotel. Lots of the painting and caulking in the room was sloppy, so it made the room not the nicest I've stayed in. Window was very small, but could see the ocean so that was cool. The pool was very nice to swim in. Proximity to the beach was nice as well as restaurants and shops. Short commute to the airport was also very nice.

We have stayed at your hotel several times before this stay. We had never had any problems, but this time was very different. During check-in, the gentleman refused to give us what was included in the stay. The room had problems with the curtains and air conditioning, and the bathroom was neglected. Very disappointing because it's a hotel I prioritize when looking for accommodation.

Nice area, plenty of places shop for snacks, drinks, beach across the street, minutes to Old San Juan
