Breakfast room has good view,but less parking

The room is clean but small. We could smell the coffee from our room when breakfast begins at 7pm. There is no refrigerator in our room, which is fine for us, as it is not hot summer yet. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant downstairs is terrific - we had the dinner and every dish was very well prepared, e.g. the authentic Scottish Grille, the black tempura pudding. The view in front of the dining room is amazing - either on light rainy day or blue sunny sky. Only wish the parking lot is bigger and the room is more updated.

Parking was challenging. Very clean but not was not super comfortable. Staff was friendly enough. View from our window was beautiful. An adequate stay.

We checked in variety late and had to leave early the next morning, and the hotel was great for out pitstop.

The staff could not have been more helpful. I had an issue with my booking (through the booking agent) and the lady at reception was so very professional and courteous and had it sorted in no time. You are an asset to the Dunollie Hotel at Broadford on Isle of Skye. My room was very clean and comfortable. The Bar Was well stocked and the service was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was A1. Thankyou to everyone .I could not recommend it highly enough

Pleasant stay, friendly staff, car park’s inadequate though.

Room was clean but very, very small. The car park has always been a problem but hotel was obviously pretty busy so no parking spaces left. I had to park down the road, 3-4 minute walk back to the hotel with my bag to get checked in. Breakfast buffet is a plus...would stay again as reasonable standard but there are more comfortable places to stay

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Dunollie Hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great selection of food and a beautiful view to enjoy while eating. Overall, everything was very good, and I would happily stay here again.

Parking was a bit of a challenge, but overall we had a very positive experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn’t have any of the problems with noise or beds that some people have complained about.

The front desk person was very helpful. My wife and I have a hard time with stairs. She carried all our luggage down for us

Good choice of food for dinner. Staff were very friendly and efficient. We were helped with luggage on arrival and on leaving. The bathroom was really cold with no hot towel rails to heat it.

Rooms are clean, great views of the Loch. Only downside is no lift

Great stay for our small family with 2 small kids. Check in and out were quick and easy. The room was nice and clean, the beds were big and comfortable and there was plenty of space for the little ones to run/crawl around. We got dinner the first night which was lovely as was the breakfast on both mornings. The staff were excellent throughout, friendly and helpful. It's in a great location to explore Skye and would recommend staying here to anyone. The only thing is if you are driving there isn't a lot of on site parking (especially when 2 buses took up 80% of it!!) however we still found space whenever we got back, there is also parking options nearby so there's really no need to worry.

Front the start at check in was excellent very promt and efficent. Bar staff they were ok not rude but when I complaint about my pint of Tennents as it was flat they werent happy as I knew what the fault was and tried to give them advice but they werent having it so get new tumblers as the glass I had was from 2008 they need to be renewed every 2 to 4 yrs and be generated every 6 weeks. Come to my room very basic single bed comfortable enough and batheroom was very modern and nice downside you could hear everything guy next door snoring doors banging just no need not hotels fault a suppose. Breakfast in morning buffet style very nice and the food was awsome cant fault that at all even the staff were lovely who seated me.

Staff and breakfast was amazing

Very old and tired hotel. Beds were hard, pillows were flat. Amenities were few. Breakfast was good. But for the price you are paying, it was not good value.

Fantastic shower. The room was far from the reception, up some stairs.
