Good position, easy to find and good road links. Breakfast was very good with wide selection of food. Plenty of parking.

Parking was great, staff friendly, just disappointed that the pool had a cover charge. The hotel is promoted as having a pool and not until you scroll down is the cover charge mentioned, If it said "pool (for a fee)" it would have been more obvious. £7.00 each when staying as a guest is not something I have encountered before.

Terrible staff my dog cut paw on broken glass they done nothing about it. Abused me verbally and was treat appalling I would like a refund and my dog vet bills paid

Stayed for 2 nights - work related. The room was a good size and comfortable. The bar menu was limited but the food was fine and reasonably priced. Good setting right by A1, Will stay again

Lovely staff. Old dated building, very clean

Room was quite large. Had everything we needed including hairdryer an iron and ironing board. Buffet breakfast was tasty and plenty of choice.

Room was clean although decor was tired and in need of a refresh. We weren't informed at check in that we would be charged to use the spa facilities so unexpected cost of £7.00 each per day. Only 2 small pillows on bed, asked at reception for additional pillows and was handed them from the reception desk to take to room whilst trying to carry luggage. Not ideal. We didn't book for breakfast or eat in the hotel so I can't comment.

All ok. Will continue to stay here even though you now have to pay extra for the gym.

Good location, very good restaurant food, room is a little tired and had lots of TLC required and modernising. It’s a big property so would cost. Gym is a £7 charge if not booked with room

Loved it

All was good but extremely disappointed with the fact that spa facilities were an additional charge when it was not indicated on the booking. I could have easily gone elsewhere which did. When i mentioned it to the reception staff. They just said they we should have booked it directly with the hotel. So it was misleading on the hotels.com app and they staff were not obliging. It has left a bad taste to the weekend. Won't be gong back as a result.

Nice room but the bed and pillows were far to hard for me

Breakfast is 10/10 - hotel is clean and easily accessible with free parking
