I had a very good stay at this hotel! The room feels updated and beautiful, very spacious. The view is amazing! I would say it’s a very decent 4 stars hotel instead of 5 stars, but considering the price, in general my stay was pretty good. Amazing location, super close to the beach, and well organised common areas. I was there when it’s a quiet season for a solo trip, so I had a proper relaxing time. Service was good, cleaning every day and replacing things. Also, two times services, cleaning the room or asking for anything needed. One little thing can be improved is that, was slightly difficult to communicate for English speakers, but it’s understandable and fine. Food was not bad, many varieties of food options and changing everyday. But the flavour can be better. When i checked out, the reception even gave me some sweet as present, which was very sweet. Thanks for everything again, will defo comeback!

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. This happened on the 23rd of May at around 11:00 AM. From the moment we arrived at the bar, the security staff treated us with complete disrespect and arrogance, as if guests were a problem instead of customers. The bar was almost empty, yet asking for anything extra seemed to annoy them. It really felt like customer service is not a priority at all. The atmosphere was extremely unprofessional. Staff members were openly fighting and arguing in front of guests, shouting with no control or respect for the people around them. It was shocking and embarrassing to witness in a hotel environment. The maître nageur/lifeguard was also very disappointing — rude attitude, no professionalism, poor communication skills, and clearly not suitable for the role. Instead of ensuring safety or helping guests, he created tension and discomfort around the pool area. Overall, the behavior of the staff was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. There was no hospitality, no courtesy, and no effort to make guests feel welcome. I would never return and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic standards of service or respect.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights in may (off season). Everything about our stay was amazing. The hotel is luxurious and not just in a superficial way. The food was really good and more authentic tunisian that we saw in any other hotel in tunisia. What stood out most for us was the service. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and put in an extra effort for us. I would recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a stay in Hammamet.

Worst experience ever. The food service was a disaster. In terms of quality, the meals were absolutely not up to a 5-star hotel standard — it felt more like a 3-star hotel at best. In terms of quantity, the situation was even worse: staff were standing at every corner controlling and limiting what guests could take, even though it was supposed to be a self-service buffet. Very disappointing experience overall.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, but what really made our stay special was the excellent service at the reception. Rabeb, the reception agent, took great care of us from the moment we arrived. She was professional, helpful, always smiling, and sincerely dedicated to making sure we were satisfied. Her warm attitude and genuine service truly enhanced our experience.
