Staff were very friendly & helpfull. Room clean. Amenities very good.

Great room, great staff

Location was perfect, lovely Hotel, however they want to charge €10 additional for use of Indoor Pool Sauna, Steam rooms… This is NOT mentioned anywhere on website Staff very unfriendly at checkin, restaurant.. No acknowledgment greetings at all. Rosario at checkout very pleasant and Young Man on evening shift at front counter also. Rest of employees NADA

The most amazing place, simply wonderful. Best location, excellent premises at the top of a mountain, with a spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea and the costa del sol. Going up in the mountain, 19 minutes drive, you will find the most gorgeous town Mijas, white Mediterranean house with plenty of history and sightseeing. 10 out of 10 place.

The room and the bed were nice! Breakfast buffet was great. Loved the sauna.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. Illunion seem to use it for training staff and, as a result, they try to do their best to help always. The hotel was running on limited staff, though, as it was in November this time and guests were warned that the food service would be limited. No problem, however in keeping some snack food in your room and making use of the copious number of restaurants in Mijas Pueblo just up the hill.

There is nothing that I can fault at the hotel. Jorge, at reception was friendly as well as all the other staff. The room was clean and the facilities were very good. The view was beautiful

Broken shower, empty shower gel, hand wash container fell off wall, stains on walls, dirty floors, overall worn out room decor. Should have been renovated 10 years ago. Dismissive attitude from reception staff (Rosario).

Bar closed a bit early. There were Ants in room and corridor. No kettle in room. Only bedside lights in room. Staff were generally friendly.

Pool closed midday. Free parking. Decent location close to the cute pueblo.

The bathroom odour was overpowering..the furniture dilapidated…and the TV system need a complete reinstall…the control broken….However...the breakfast was good and the personal friendly…they did offer to change the room but after 10 hours travel we were to tired…and felt there would have been little point….the location lovely ..all above needs attention

The place to unload the luggage is very limited and poorly designed. The car park is poorly lit with uneven road and obstacles.

Varied breakfast buffet. Lovely outdoors. Waiting staff with limited English. Rooms on 3rd floor are 2-3 stars, but okay. Mattress was good. Central aircon struggles in September, perhaps a challenge for hotter months. Parking is available but a bit unkempt.

The property was lovely however being close to the main road you could hear the traffic in some areas. The sauna steam room wasn't free though it was part of the gym area, you had to book and pay which was quite disappointing.

The hotel keeps improving its condition , the rooms have been upgraded in the last years while the restaurant is a special place for good enjoyable food and service !

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The breakfast was very poor for the €14 charged — extremely limited options and not worth the price. One of the reception staff was particularly rude and unhelpful, barely acknowledged us when we spoke. Thankfully, another receptionist was more polite and tried to assist. Despite booking a family room, we were repeatedly given towels and bedding for just one person, and basic room items weren’t replenished unless we specifically asked. There was no coffee, no water in the room — not even a kettle. The hotel is also poorly located. Contrary to what’s stated on the website, the beach is not a 6-minute drive, and there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Getting an Uber or Bolt was difficult as the area isn’t well serviced.

Basement rooms are in very poor condition.

Good pool area, do not recommend half board - food quality on an evening very bad. Tried on first night and had very few options, all cold. Hotel generally good but food bad.
