The pool was broken more than have ot time i was there

The restroom smell like urine but other then that it was good

Staff was always so helpful and friendly

The pool was closed but we had no idea since there was no signage. Staff had to tell us that the pool was closed. In total we had 3 rooms and one room had cold water for the shower. We were told we would get free breakfast for all the issues and then were charged for the breakfast. Very disappointed

This hotel was so clean, and the staff was so courteous and professional. The staff at the bistro in the morning were so polite and kind and offered us free coffee and fruit and cereal. They have other options for purchase as well.

Pool was not available and the front staff was not very friendly/welcoming. The staff at the breakfast stations were very nice.

We checked late but the parking was fine. The front desk attendant, Patty , was very friendly and attentive. The rooom was clean and cost, however the bed was terrible. None of us slept comfortably, tossing and turning. Hotel should definitely address this.
