Great place. Enjoyed our stay

Clean room, nice size, easy to get to city center

Large room, lots of parking, great breakfast. 5 minute walk to the Racetrack, 20-25 minutes to town.

Stayed here for 2 nights during a work trip, executive room is large with a good sized desk and good layout. Fridge and safe in room. Shower was just Ok. Rooms need a refresh, some shoddy contractors used previously as workmanship was very bad, especially the silicone around the sinks. Breakfast was very bland, and the worst coffee I've had in a hotel. Would have preferred a basic Nescafé packet.

The food seem substandard

Spa was out of order and bathroom shower had low water pressure

Lovely large room. Very clean and great amenities.

10 minute walk to train station and stadium, a few minutes more to surprisingly smart, interesting city centre. very quiet neighborhood surrounded by a massive medical centre. only draw back to location is lack of dining options (other than hotel, which has a full restaurant and bar. Rooms and hotel common areas are spotless, though there are a few walls and carpets in need of repair. The breakfast buffet has fair variety but mediocre taste and the hot items are barely warm. The staff is especially helpful and cheerful.

Lovely hotel close to football ground. Only downside was bed was a bit small for taller people and the shower was a bit dated. Other than that, all staff very friendly and helpful and food was great. Thanks

Pleasing sized room. Comfortable and clean. Mini fridge. Free parking! Staff polite and courteous.

The room was clean and tidy, with tea and coffee making facilities with a fridge, all very helpful and also I had a bath in my room was invaluable, after playing tennis matches at Wrexham Tennis Centre. It would of been helpful to have the Jacuzzi working to use.

Staff were great especially the bar staff.

Room was clean and very tidy, had a full night sleep and bed was comfy, no noise throughout my stay was quiet and peaceful, had food from the restaurant which was good food staff were helpful and friendly easy services there overall great stay would stay again and recommend

Great central hotel with free parking x we are regular visitors to this hotel due to its close proximity to the local amenities x we have to shop around for best prices however as the room prices have crept up over the last few years x

Room very spacious, clean and well stocked with tea, coffee water.
