Great stay!

The property was beautiful and the staff were kind! Lots of amenities and the Pilates class on Saturdays was lots of fun. Very cute room and great service from staff. Great stay all around.

Wonderful location and great staff!

Staff were very helpful and accommodating when re arranging rooms due to noise on the lakefront side. Overall the hotel is a very clean and well kept with vintage hotel vibes.

This is a beautiful hotel to stay while visiting Kelowna. The staff were exceptional, extremely accommodating and the property has beautiful views, board walk, and delicious restaurants. Rooms were also quite spacious for our group. Would definitely recommend.

Servers seemed unobservant and inattentive during breakfast and evenings in the lounge. We waited quite a bit of time for a menu, drinks and refills. Sat at the bar and the workers at the bar were great. Disappointing the boardwalk was closed. We had to change rooms the first night due to a water system issue, it sucked but things do happen. Our Room with a view of the lake was nice, the railings are starting to show their age and a glass railing would be a nice improvement.

Wow! What a beautiful clean resort!! Love the style!! Cork floors are beautiful! Service was excellent. Lakeside dining was 5 star!! Highly recommend the resort!!

Noisy rooms above bar/restaurant. Check in one building. Room in another. Difficult. Lamp beside bed broken. Head of bed slanted down Lovely balcony

Booked a Deluxe King room with a lake view. Was put in room 224...a queen with no view.

The room was very small. Only one chair. Our key cards would not work so we had to get new ones 5 times. No real parking for handicapped people. We were busy with a family wedding so we did not have time to eat at the restaurants or use the facilities. Quite pricey.

Great staff in the lounge. Like the idea of the water filling stations although some staff were unsure of the locations.
