Amazing place, beautiful location and great service

Great hotel but be aware that vehicular access is quite difficult-usually a block’s walk and the area is a bit sketchy after dark. Breakfast on the terrace is excellent.

Situation idéale pour visiter le Centre Historique et accès facile aux transports en commun pour sillonner la ville. Le personnel est prévenant et aux petits soins, la vue sur le Zocalo depuis la terrasse est incroyable. Les chambres sont grandes, bien entretenues et très calmes. Un super séjour !

The only thing that disappointed me was an smell that it come from outside or the pipes smell like rattan eggs couldn’t sleep , I switched rooms ad it was the same

The architecture and history are truly impressive, making it a fantastic place for an unforgettable experience. The view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning. However, the air conditioning is almost nonexistent.

The hotel is amazing. The decorations are beautiful. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The staff were polite and informative. My room was beautiful and cozy. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is wonderful.

Best hotel experience I have had in Mexico: beautiful building right in the heart of the capital city and the country, magnificent view from the terrace, and most helpful staff. Breakfast was not great, but there are excellent cafes close by (Cafe de Tacuba, Cafe Popular, for instance). Our room was super clean, comfortable, and spacious even if it was not one of the suites facing zócalo, which must be spectacular but certainly well above my means. All in all, I highly and totally recommend this breathtaking hotel.

If location is everything, this hotel has already won—then it goes on to impress even more. The rooftop terrace offers terrific views to Zocalo plaza, President's Palace and Metropolitan Cathedral, the staff are gracious (and thankfully English-speaking), and the rooms are generously sized. Elegant interiors and a striking Tiffany-style ceiling add real character. Highly recommended — no hesitation.
