We received a different room that was booked so ended up needing some roll-away beds. There is no restaurant at the property nor any drinks pool.beach side...that kinds sucked. Otherwise it was great

We had such an amazing time at the Wailea Beach Villas. The resort is beautiful, the location is ideal and the staff was incredible! We’ve stayed here two other times and love coming back. Our unit was gorgeous and very clean! It was equipped with more than we needed. Highly recommend Wailea Beach Villas!

We loved the proximity to the beach. The grounds are so beautifully manicured. Our unit exceeded our expectations and is one of the most welll stocked kitchens. Loved everything about this place! The staff are amazing!

It was not a hotel at all We paid so much money per night and was charge resort fees too but they didn’t even clean our room at all and the main pool was adults only so if u have kids don’t ever stay in this place at all

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The penthouse was very clean and well maintained. The entire property is beautiful. The property is also very secure. There is direct access to the beach and direct access to the Shops at Wailea. Staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

We rented a penthouse and it was a very beautiful property, we liked that it was close to everything. The only downside is that everything closed so early including the shopping and restaurants

What a beautiful property and great friendly staff. Our unit we stayed in was 5 star plus.

We absolutely loved this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a sofa bed and it was perfect for our family with 3 teenagers. Our Villa was in the penthouse building, which is the farthest from the beach, but it’s also up on a hill, so we still had a great view of the ocean. The Villa was huge and clean and the grounds were impeccable. We loved the beach (we probably saw 10 turtles during our week), and the attendants there were so helpful. After walking around some of the other hotels at Ka’anapali and Wailea, we were grateful we chose Wailea Beach Villas.
