In over 50 years of staying at hotels, this was probably the worst hotel ever. No one was in the office and I had to go to the sister property. First room had no TV 2nd Room bed had been slept in and not made up. 3rd Room had a totally disgusting chair with the seat all ripped off. 4th Room had blood spatter all over the wall (crime scene) and hair and dirt in the tub. I asked to be put in the sister property and they would not credit the money I already paid for the first room. I asked to talk to the manager and the clerk said there was no phone and the manager who was at other properties would not answer in any case. There was no breakfast. Absolutely the worst. I am hoping to get a refund from Expedia.

WORST hotel I've ever stayed at. Usually, if I saw mouse traps by the doors and the condition of the property the way this hotel was, I'd cancel and find somewhere else to stay, but we were exhausted and needed a place. Everything smelled like pot. The room was filthy and we were given only 1 set of towel and washcloth. Given the state of the room, we wore our clothes to bed and slept on top of the covers and got out of there as soon as we woke up. We worried about the safety of our vehicles the entire time. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

The facility is old, very dirty, unkept and the room really smells like mold, mildew.

After waiting very long to be shown my room, the room I was given was not well cleaned. The property is very dirty, smells weed, dirty carpets on stairways, stained bedsheets, dirty mirror and chairs. I asked for a room change, the other room I was given was not as clean as I anticipated either. The price I paid does not reflect the property at all. I would rather sleep on my car than this place.

It was terrible and i want a refund. That was nothing but a cesspool of disease. Broken windows doors wide open very dark hallways smelt bad and no one at the desk.

The Pictures must be 10-15 years old. The place is disgusting, it's not very well kept. The property is very poor condition, either renovate it, or demolish it, the place is kind of ghetto looking. I don't believe they clean the rooms. A disappointing visit for sure, aside from the service the pleasant service the gentleman at the front desk gave, it's safe to say I won't be staying there again.

BAD! We checked in and the whole building smelled like cigarettes and weed. The room was disgusting! Bedding and furniture was stained. We did not stay there. We had to leave and find somewhere else!

We were only staying for one night between traveling. It was eady to get to. The price was reasonable.

We were at a volleyball tournament all day. Arrived at hotel and were told our reservation was cancelled, along with 13 others due to overbooking. We did not cance l. Had to drive 30 miles out of the way to find another place as everything was booked. How can this happen

I am embarrassed to have found this on expedia, being a member too, what a horrible place to stay, i would take this off expedia.

Check in was ok. When I returned to the room for the night I discovered that there were no hangers. When I went down to the desk to provide notice and ask for hangers the desk clerk on duty stated that there was nothing she could do about that. Not helpful at all. I finally got a hanger from a different staff member who wasn’t even on duty. The shower had no knob to control the water flow and temperature. Even thou the building is suppose to be smoke free it’s not. Again the desk clerk was not helpful. You should not list this property. It’s a dump!

please do not show baymont rooms for the super 8 hotel. it is misleading and we assumed that we would get a decent room. instead, we were in a room where our room key was even difficult to use on the door. but, it was still a decent experience. breakfast could have been better, and the customer service was poor. there was no one there to greet us as we entered the hotel and there was no ice bucket to use. however, there were good amenities like the fridge and microwave. so overall, it was ok.

room smelled of bleach. could not stay in the room. Eyes started watering, throat hurt. no phone in the room. TV was not working. luggage rack was old and rusty. I called the front desk from my cell phone. there was no answer. I walked to the front desk to complain about the room and asked for a refund. they just said "we don't do refunds". No offer of assistance in putting me up in a different property. I asked for another room. they said they are all booked ! Didn't feel safe either. several people (looked homeless) walking around the property. not too many cars in the parking lot. was afraid to park my car.

Hotel had drug dealers living there hookers outside front door

The Super 8 was sort of hidden behind a Baymont hotel but we found it. The entrance for "Super 8 Lobby" had nobody working at the desk so we waited for several minutes until a resident told us to check in on the other side of the building. We went around the building but found no other entrance so we went to the front desk at the Baymont. Apparently that is where Super 8 guests are supposed to check in. We wanted to pay cash, but they could only accept cash if you had the exact amount so we had to use a card. The room was okay, nothing special, mattresses seemed saggy like they were maybe 20 years old. One thin blanket for the bed. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6 but as of 6:15 the door was still locked and the lights were off. I drove around to the Baymont and found a breakfast room there, but they had no coffee, no hot water for tea, no batter for the waffle maker, no fruit.... all they had was scrambled eggs and juice. A guest told me they were still trying to make coffee. So I waited 20 minutes but nobody from the staff brought coffee, waffle batter, fruit, or anything else. I inquired at the front desk and the guy there said they were busy working on the breakfast for the Super 8.... so I drove back to the breakfast room on the Super 8 side and found the door open and the lights on, however... no decaf, no hot water for tea, no juice, no fruit, no waffles, no muffins, no donuts, no eggs, nothing that was supposed to be there. That's what they called their breakfast.

This place is filthy. Hotel room reeked of urine and smoke. Only provided one bath towel and hand towel. The bath handle was broken. Entrance door didn’t require key card to enter. Mouse traps by entrance.

Rooms dirty, drywall peeling, plastic bag over the smoke detector. Smelled of POT everywhere. Exit door locked and we were told it was to keep the homeless out, and it stayed locked the whole time of my stay.
