The room was not clean, I also had to iron my dress and a blab of something was on the iron that got stuck on my dress. When I communicated all these concerns to the staff at the front desk, they told me a manager will get back with me and no one ever get back with me when I decided to leave the room then they told me that they will switch out the room and help.

Room smelled musty. Bathroom was clean but fixtures were worn

The first room we went to had big stains all over the floor. I’m not sure if it was blood wine poorly, cleaned up vomit it was disgusting. The receptionist was very nice and got us into another room. The other room stunk really bad had spiderwebs everywhere. The people were very nice. Just a cleanliness was not up to par.

Rooms had stained carpets, ripped wallpaper, no screens and yelling happening in the middle of the night.

They overbooked and didn't have a room for us. We were transferred to Holiday Inn Express. Which was nice and staff helpful. Would not recommend White River Junction Inn and Suites. That place looked like a lower end apartment building instead of a hotel.

I did not stay on property. I was told that my room had a leak. The staff put me in a hotel across the street. It did not have the same accommodations as the hotel I set up my stay with. There were no apologies . . .only confusion. They did not charge me for the stay but I was not informed of this until i checked out.

The hotel was really nice and everything was very Convient and safe . The location is great.

Its was quiet. Other than that , nothing to write home about . The place needs a way overdue remodel and its pet friendly but no poop bags in any of the bag boxes. I was expecting something a little better for almost $400.00 for only two days..3 star at best

I didn’t like much. The room was very musty, the mattress was uncomfortable, the tub drain did not open and the exterior door latch didn’t work properly. I would not return to this Inn again.

The parking lots were undergoing construction when we visited, and there was not any parking available for guests when we checked-in. The front desk staff said that parking was available exclusively on a first-come first-served basis, and that no refunds would be provided if we couldn't stay due to the lack of parking. We ultimately parked (illegally) on an adjacent property and did stay overnight, but were surprised that the owner still accepted bookings while knowing that appropriate facilities were not available to serve those guests.

Odd odors, had to change rooms 3 times due to the the first room’s shower having extremely hot or cold temperatures, the second room didn’t have a lock

It’s obvious they’re in the middle of renovating their building. It was clean. It was quiet and convenient.

It was so noisy and outdated _ the chair in our room was stained. The noise factor was terrible. We checked out and no one asked how our stay was. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor would I stay there ever again- especially for what I paid. We went to sleep with people above us tramping around and woke up to the same thing.
