CAN'T TAKE A SHOWER WATER TO HOT EVEN ON THE COLDEST SET ALSO ALMOST NO WATER COMING OUT FROM THE SINK FAUCET HAD TO COLECT WATER ON A CUP IN ORDER TO BRUSH MY TEETH, BEEN THERE BEFORE , NEVER AGAIN, I COMPLAINED BUT THEY JUST IGNORE ME .

The breakfast not that good,, the coffee with more water not good , the juice with more water not good, just a few yogurts and no more and just a few fruits and no more

The bed had been slept in and was given to me as a freshly cleaned room. Floors were not cleaned, overall property was rundown.

All dirty caps of beers , a lot of hairs on the restroom , always heard door bangs around and felt so scared never again

The room needed a little bit more cleaning!

No hot water to shower, mold in different areas of the rooms, smalls dame but the maintenance person was trying to accommodate us showing me different rooms to switch to and was able to inform the front desk to provide a room so we can shower with warm water and fixed the water issue quick/same day.

Upon arrival we got a room that was not clean. Then are next room the keycard did not work several times thru out our stay. Room smelled mouldy. No hot water and when it was brought up we were told they had no control over the temperature. The water gave my whole family an itchiness after a cold shower.
