Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it.

Great location, 2 min drive from the ski resort or 15 min walk. Room/apartment was great, with terrace and beautiful views, wish I had stayed longer

No problems with the property. The Hotels.com confirmation, however, was misleading. Your booking confirmation said that check in was from 7:00 pm and that check out was at 9:00 am. This was wrong. These times actually refer to the hours that reception is manned. Check in is actually from 2:00 pm andcheck out at 11:00 am. I have brought the error to the notice of the property management.

Strangely for a ski apartment the resort was perched on a mountain side & could have been hard to find had we not got rather lucky spotting the one small sign on the main road. The reception wasn't open on the day of our arrival but the key had been left in a letter box; this arrangement was fine in summer but could be problematic on a dark winter day. There was no catering on site although the hotel across the road had a small pleasant bar. Our room/apartment was spacious & comfortable although there had obviously been some trouble: there was water staining to the ceiling, a radiator was leaking and we were a bit shocked at the yellow bathwater. I imagine with was a temporary problem following a repair but my wife wasn't very impressed. Overall, a nice location & an apartment that would have been very good had it been tidied up a bit.

Great value accommodation, close to the El Tarter ski lifts. Cozy and comfortable, it is a pleasant base to return after a tiring day on the slopes, with great views over the valley and hills.

Not ski in, ski out, but 10min walk either way up a steep hill to slopes and a fantastic shop, €4.50 for six pack beer, €2.98 for red wine. Lovely, helpful staff at hotel. Great restaurant on site, €8.00 for pizza, €18.50 for enormous steak. Buffet at hotel next door, €12.

Nice roomy apartment for the four of us off-season. The price was unbelievable for the size of the apartment! A nice quiet area with lots of hiking nearby. The restaurant was quite nice; but there are no decent grocery stores nearby.

Finding is not easy, and street parking (only available) means carrying bags up many steps to reach the subject property. Reception clearly does not open for all stated hours, making check in challenging until envelope with key found in mail box. No available staff means inability to get wifi code. Room pleasant and nice touches in fridge and available facilities. If using convertible sofa for children's sleeping, curtain is inadequate in lounge to keep light out, and double ded in bedroom was very small and uncomfortable. Views of mountains restricted, so not a mitigant for many rooms. Housekeepers thus create nice touches in restricting rooms, but overall needs to be looked at as providing value as quick stopover......could not have done more than one night. Also confusion re payment, as while confirmation says paid, reception insists that they do not process payment as they wait to give clients choice if card or cash.......leaving confusion as to whether you are paying twice.

Our family stayed in this hotel 5 days. That was very good staying. We had very late check-in and thankfully other reviews I knew about green box over reception desk with the room keys )) In the morning we found out that microwave oven doesn't work, but when we came back from ski slopes oven was changed. In the room we very liked panoramic window with mountains view.

Ignore any negative reviews, yes it is up a hill but its not that bad! we walked every night down to the restaurants and took around ten minutes! Its even closer to the Lift car parks for skiing! Ideal location, quiet, clean and nice people and staff. Very spacious and comfy apartments. Most people travelling and staying at this hotel will have a car which does make things very handy but not a total necessity if you buy a locker next to the lifts! Loads of space for parking on the road. We had both and had a brill stay! Oh and the Skiing is amazing!

Great value apartment complex with some nice touches (orange juice, water, milk, tea are provided on arrival) and a decent level of service (apartments are cleaned daily, reception friendly, wifi available for 5 eur a day). Parking on the road in front never a problem and El tarter ski lifts are a 2 minute drive away next to a massive (free) car park. The only problem I have with the place is the very steep trek up hill / up steps from the road (aprox 4-5 storeys) to get to reception, which is heavy going with luggage.

Thanksfully I read reviews from other hotels.com visiters. We were able to find the hotel very easy. Although there is parking available under the hotel in a garage we were unaware of. We just parked our car on the street. There were so many stairs we left our bags in the car and only took what we needed into our room. Upon arriving, the receptionist was away tending to her children. We had no idea how to get into our room, where our keys were, or which room was ours. Thanksfully, a kind Scottish couple saw our perplexed looks. They told me that the keys were left in the mailbox for those who arrived late or when the receptionist was away. They invited us in for a drink and the rest of the stay was superb. The room was very comfortable and large and the few from the window of the mountains and fall colors was wonderful. I would probably skip Andorra in the future. We did not find the Principality all that interestin. I would have just stayed in France if I had known. BUT, the hotel was very comfortable once all the details were worked out. The next morning I found the receptionist charming and attentive.

the apartment was nice and clean, kitchen well equiped, staff very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is location, we were told it was the walking distance from El tarter, but we were driving so we didn't try, but it looked a bit far. I wouldn't recommend to anyone who doesn't have a car there, but overall very good place to stay.
