The service was good, and everyone we spoke with at the property was very polite. Aside from that, I don’t have many good things to say. The room was dated, the basic rooms look nothing like the photos online, the bed was too soft and quite uncomfortable. WiFi worked intermittently. The hot tub was cold and sauna was very small. Overall very disappointed in what I thought was gong to be a very relaxing stay.

Clean rooms. Good service. Nice patio overlooking mountains. Breakfast is 13 Euros and wasn't worth it, but no breakfast places around so either make a your own and enjoy whatever they give you at hotel. You are close to gandola to Meribel, just put your boots on and go, no day lockers at ski areas.

Everything was perfectly done. The restaurant was better than I anticipated also. I will definitely stay here again.

An absolutely beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and incredible food at the restaurant! The dinners really were amazing!
