T he staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. It was nice that the towels were on a heated rack but that made the bathroom and room warmer needed to be. Would have liked more towels: Only 1 large towel was actually absorbent and the others were 2 linen cloth type hand towels that were not.

Average hotel Bur above average staff…. Very kind and helpful in meeting our needs and helping us get around the city. An easy metro or bus ride to city center. Breakfast was OK but not many choices.

I felt very comfortable with the hotel. The hotel staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. It was perfect for my needs.

The only thing nice about this place was the people, they messed up my room and then gave me a gross and scary apartment that didn’t even have toilet paper and only had one outlet

I stayed here for business travel. Internet connection is good and works without any issues. The hotel is around the block from the metro station, so very conveniently located. It is also close to good restaurants. My room was small but clean. The issue was the size of bathroom which was extremely small and I am quite small myself. I woukd say some people would have had trouble moving inside or even fitting in. Also water from the bathroom had created some leakage and damaged one wall of the room which was not maintained well. Service is good, personnel is extremely friendly. So so breakfast, nothing special. But overall good for the money.

The hotel was located close to the congress centre and the city center. There was a metro station close by and good accessibility to buses and taxis. The staff were very helpful and very friendly! And spoke some English which was a plus!!! I must make special mention of Cromin who was extremely helpful and kind!

A nice little hotel in a good location by the metro station. A bit older with some upgrades and hall carpet replacement needed. Staff were very nice, professional and helpful.

This hotel is quite good, if you need to be in the southern Torino area. It has been recently modernized, and room comfort is ok. A minor flaw: the windows do not close perfectly, so street noise comes in. The breakfast was quite good, as was the WiFi.

This hotel is what you would expect for the location and price. Simple, not fancy, but very practical, clean, quiet. The staff stood out to me as SUPER friendly, welcoming, and trying to help out with recommendations, and pretty much anything. I had to do some changing around of my plans and the staff at the desk was quick with ideas and attempts to accommodate me. The breakfast was fine, and if you have any business at the Molinette hospital, this is the best place to stay as it's right across the street.

No hot water, not enough staff, a 20 minute wait, minimum at the front desk, loud traffic outside the window, dirty old carpet, bed on the floor, very small room, unsafe neighborhood with no shopping, cafés or restaurants

Good place to stay. Easy location, well connected to the city center and ideal for the hospital. Nice staff and good rooms.

Easy and practical hotel - No common areas but really nice rooms

Extremely helpful staff. Rooms seem to run on the smaller side, but very clean and a great deal overall. Close enough to walk to Lingotto - I stayed here for a conference at Lingotto and it was a very pleasant 15 min walk. Also surrounded by many great restaurants within walking distance.

I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel was clean, in good condition and the reception was helpful and friendly.
