Property suffices for a quick overnight stay. Old and run down. Just bought by Marriott, improvements are like lipstick on a pig, just covering up rather than actual remodel. Smells old and has a damp feeling. Clothes stunk and had to be washed just from being exposed to the smell in the room.

Recently remodeled, with an EV charger to boot! Highly recommend.

When I arrived, we were given a dirty room. Staff did make corrections.

Property is under renovation and we did not know it, we paid full price to be in a construction zone

This is a GREAT hotel for the price point !!! I did a last minute reservation . I was so happy to see the staff and the room. I think for this price and location ( right off the interstate ), you can't beat this hotel!

CLOSE BY TO A JOB PROJECT

Went to check in and checked out at same time. Place was filthy disgusting. Broken doors and locks. Construction everywhere horrible they would take my money

One of the check-in ladies was very abrupt and rude. Everyone else was very nice and the room was nice.

Very nice staff . Room was clean but smaller than pictured. Tv kept shutting off in the middle of the night but it was clean .

Evening check in was courteous and great! The room was ok, while somewhat clean, it needs maintenance and upkeep. Bathroom needs work.

We had roaches in our room and no one came in to clean up during our 4 day stay. Couldn’t even get extra towels

Under construction

We were not told motel under construction. Lots of noise. We should get credit for another stay somewhere. We had to step over uneven flooring.

In today's world of trying to provide an exceptional service to guests by making sure properties are clean, upgraded, and have a knowledgeable staff, this property fails in all three areas. I understand that the property was undergoing a minor PIP (or just a select few rooms), but drywall dust was pretty abundant. The next two fall into the same category as the TV and channel selection was embarrassing. I know of no property I have stayed in recently (let's say, 4 years) that has Direct TV. We had NO local channels...NONE. Furthermore, we could not connect the TV to the internet to try and use our streaming channel(s) which is an option. No explanation given by front desk, no solution. To top it off, the EXIT door at the end of the hallway does not shut on its own. I had to pull the door shut to latch it at night. This I did on my own accord since the house a few feet down the street looks like a drug house that has been shut down by the City of Yulee. Funny, it's also owner by the same person who owns the Comfort Inn. Needless to say, I will not be staying at this property again.
