Very clean and comfortable Great staff

Mon équipage était content de la propreté de la chambre. Et du petit déjeuner. Il y a eu des désagréments, le bruit extérieur ainsi que les lits 1 place n'était pas très confortable et sur roulettes.

The room was warm,unfortunately we were unable to get it cooled down. In fairness, i didn't contact reception. Reception staff was a lovely woman, with very good English. She even had my extra pillow in the the room I would suggest a box toput the room key in,if leaving early as i had to chapthe window to get someone

Easy to find. Very pleasant staff. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very good. Breakfast was also very good will stay there again

For the price it was good.

Used for an overnight stop whilst travelling from Spain to UK. Hotel was shabby and run down. Needs upgrading. Meal in restaurant pretty basic but at a premium price. Would not stay there again.

My stay was more than adequate for the cost.

I have already written to you and had no reply. We always stay in Campaniles and love them, but this was the worse one we have ever stay in. There were 2 different types of bugs in the bed, the staff were rude and the service was appalling. Please reply to my email.

No shower curtain so water went everywhere and no cup in bathroom but due to the circumstances of COVID-19 our stay was ok.
