The room was clean and got clean every day while I was there. The breakfast was good and there was plenty enough to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times; I reported an issue with the shower on the first day I got there, the staff came together and fix the issue the very same day. I did not bring my dog, but I know she would like the place. The coffee needs improvement, I could not fine hot coffee late during the day. I was able to connect to Wi-Fi and got access the internet on my first day, then, for 3 days the service that I got was Wi-Fi without access to the internet; but on the last day I was there day 5 I was able to access the internet. That was an F on connectivity. A microwave would be helpful too. It was difficult to located the place on my first day, the displayed signed is very small and does not stand out in the middle of a light pole, the Pemex sign posts and the bushes near by. A lighted or bigger signed might help. Once you know where the Hotel is located, it is easy to get in and out.

Staff claimed breakfast was to be paid separately as an extra charge. I'm sure I left a watch behind, but when I called to inquire about it, I was told that nothing was found in the room.

El personal fue muy servicial, pero al hotel en general ya le hace falta mantenimiento. El cuarto en donde estabamos se percibía olor a cigarro. Las instalaciones en el interior del cuarto así como la alfombra se ven viejos.

No tenían calefacción Mi regadera goteaba y el baño siempre estaba con agua Me limpiaron la habitación y no me dejaron toallas Las solicité al igual algo para secar el baño y sólo me trajeron una toalla un tapete y una toalla para manos Solicité una colcha porque no había calefacción y tampoco tenían

El personal es muy amable. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas. El hotel está cituado en buen lugar. El centro comercial está a solo unos pasos del hotel. Yo lo recomiendo.

Shower terrible Al siguiente dia no ay agua Almohada fatales viejas y sucias y huelen a olor de otra persona . Asi como cobran Arreglen inperfectos !
