Parking is easy but costs extra. The stay was very nice. The breakfast was really great. Definitely a perfect choice to stay in town.

I would say our stay was comfortable and easy. The bed was a little harder than I would have liked but it was fine. The room was clean and the breakfast had a good amount of choices. The AC worked decently as well and the city center was only a short walk (it’s a small town). Overall I would say we would stay here again if we were passing through again.

The staff was amazing. The hotel was very quiet. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was small, but nice. The shower had excellent pressure and great hot water. The breakfast buffet was decent. We ate dinner once and the food was limited, but quite tasty. It was a shirt easy walk to the old town, which is very nice. The only drawback is the hotel does not have covered parking.

It was a good hotel for a very last minute booking. Staff was nice. Area in and out of hotel was clean. Room was a good size, clean, and had a good view.

Hotel staff could not find reservation in their system and therefore check-in was unnecessary prolonged.

Good Very Good Place

Pretty good hotel, walking distance to center, good breakfast. No COVID restrictions were followed by the staff, and a false fire alarm in the middle of the night made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

Restaurant, bar, lobby bar all closed. Mini-bar cancelled. They could add vending machines at least instead. Bread with mold on breakfast. Room standard is really good.

Overall good hotel to stay. We had our room in 13th floor with perfect view of the whole city and directly view of the old town. Room is a bit small, enough to feel comfort, bed and pillow are soft. Breakfast was good, variety of choices, especially for dessert. We love the restaurant and had amazing dinner there, portions were great and food was tasty. Cocktails were good too.

It's a pretty standard Eastern European four star hotel. I choose as was air conz and that worked well. There is a bit of noise from rooms next door and above, but not too bad. I didn't appreciate breakfast being put back from 630am to 7am, about 20 people waiting at 7am which is not useful in a pandameic.

Excelent service but one day they didn’t clean my room

This is hotel, which in the area is the only international recognised company was the worst i have ever stayed while being a hotels.com account holder. Where do i start. i arrvied at the hotel, they didn't have my booking, the rude woman at the reception had the attitude of a 15 year old girl, claiming i was lying about my reservation. I have travelled all over the world and never seen such horrific customer service from a 4* hotel. once that was finally sorted with a 30 minute phone call to hotels.com which thankfully fixed it, i got to my room, the room's radiator must have been on all day it was at least 28 degress in there, so i went to turn on the air conditioning which didnt work, i went to open the window which only opened up the slightest bit but the gap was so close to the wall that it didn't make any sort of difference, so naturally what do i do? i try to call reception, to my suprise the phone also doesnt work. At this point i am furious but so tired ( it was more or less 10:30pm ) that i just accepted it, next thing i go to the toilet the toilet literally stunk like old chicken, it was a horrible rotten smell and it was physically making me feel sick. to think they wanted 83 of my hard earned euros is an absolute disgrace. The following morning breakfast, Poached eggs were dry the bacon was like rubber and coffee was just water with a little coffee added to it. One of the worst stays of my life, absolutely avoid at all costs PLEASE.

We stayed on a high floor room so the view from the room was good. Everything was good, but the air-con leaks, so the floor was wet. The parking fee was free.
