The breakfast was great, lots of choice, a gluten free area and all food labelled well. The room was clean. It's in a great location. We didn't get the Queen bed we were expecting and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. The shower was amazing though. Bed was comfy with decent pillows. We did struggle with the air con, very dry and luckily we had a balcony so could leave the door slightly open which helped a lot. The hotel staff were lovely, the hotel was absolutely fine.

Very quiet with beautiful scenary. A bit attention to details would be nice, but nothing too dramatic. Can recommend to person who appreciates good location and quietness.

Easy to drive to entrance, parking available in garage, and the dinner recommendation was fantastic. Walks in both evening and early morning a great addition. Fun to see downtown Oulu. Room worked well for the three of us, and breakfast was very good.

Ok hotel with excellent breakfast

Overnight stay with the Mrs on our way to lapland. First room had buzzing contactor, not a big problem since the nice reception desk changed our room. The original room we had contained a pornographic playing card between the bible. Not a nice surprise and a sick joke. Kind of ruined our stay in this nice hotel, was in conversations well beyond our stay. Good breakfast, very comfortable beds. Thanks for the night receptionist who understood the shock caused by the playing card.

The great location in the middle of the city. The room was clear and breakfast was great. The traffic noise from the main street is quite loud during the weekend evenings.

Hotel in very good position in the center of town. Breakfast very good, but rooms typically sparsely decorated in Scandinavian style. Staff very friendly. Would be nicer if a bottle of water was provided for the room like other hotel chains

The restaurant was nice, but no one came to seat you and you were left wandering around a bit lost when entering the dining area.
