Error in booking system and the property wouldn’t rectify the issue. Did not stay and we were charged full stay

Great location, nice room and bar area. Breakfast Good range. Good free sauna, steam room and spa. Only area of improvement is that the shower seemed very old, not sure why it was not refurbished.

Excellent experience all around. Parts of building with great character. Good food and the beer on tap is the best in the world!

Great location as every where is walkable from here. The breakfast was good too! The staff are super-friendly. If I visit again - I’ll definitely come back here.

Amazing breakfast, nice spa, very good location.

Room was not what we expected compared to pictures. Bathroom was dated, and for a 4 star hotel, we expected to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash, but instead got an all in one version. Also the room amenities mentioned screen casting but that was not the case, couldn’t screen cast to the tv. However, spa was decent, hotel and room was clean and staff were friendly enough.

Great night sleep with soft comfortable beds. Spacious feeling rooms, which were nice and clean. Lobby area is amazing, and the food and drink served there was good quality. Location is right in the town, so easy to walk to nearly anything you need, even though taxis are very cheap! Had a bonus of a lovely sauna, steam room, and hot tub area. Last but by no means least, the service was excellent. The whole team did their job professionally with a smile on their faces, especially Anna and Liga! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Based on the photos from the lobby, reception etc. I was expecting a very fancy place. But once I entered in the room, it wasn't really that way. My friend had another room for the same price and there was a heated floor in the bathroom, in mine there was no heating at all. In my shower there was a mold, but not in any extreme level, so it was acceptable. There was a hair drier, but no place to plug it in (in the bathroom), so I dried my hair in the bedroom. There was a smart TV that you can connect with your devices and watch anything. There was a bar with water, but it was not plugged in. The cleaning lady was making a lot of noise since 8AM and anyway you could hear a lot of noise from the other rooms. The bed is super high, but it felt really nice. It felt a little bit cold in the room even when I turned the heating on full temperature, but the blanket was really good and kept me hot during the night. Overall it was a good place to stay for quite good price for the center. And the staff was really kind and helpful!

Lovely hotel on the edge of old town. Very walkable. Staff excellent. Bed comfortable. Breakfast very nice. Never used gym or spa but looked decent. Wouldn't hesitate to come back to tribe Riga next time I am in Latvia.

I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel. Despite paying for two room reservations in advance, upon arrival, they had no rooms available. One of our guests was forced into an awful twin room instead of the double room we booked, and the other guest was moved to a different hotel. While moving one guest was the best they could do, the overall experience was unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel.

An excellent hotel in a historic building. All facilities are great, especially good was breakfast.

Great, modern hotel in Riga city centre. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Old Town, but the hotel, itself, is modern, with a restaurant and bar, plus a full spa and workout centre in the basement.

I was in this hotel second time, just love it, very central, 10 minutes to the old town.
