The only issue I had was that the AC in the room was noisy and disturbed my sleep at night.

Hotel is centrally located, friendly and engaging personnel. Property is clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay here again.

Ideally located and good quality accomodation with great air con which was very mich needed. Plenty of bars and restaurants near by.

They genuinely should be charging three times more than what you pay! Clean, modern rooms with great service and a midday check out. What more do you need?

Convenient location for visiting historic sites and great restaurants around

Staff is very friendly and gave me a great dinner recommendation. ( went twice to Dos De Mayo). Room is clean and location is great. It’s across the street from Corte Inglés which I enjoyed. Seville is a very walkable town. I was disappointed in having a window in an interior courtyard which was not a courtyard. It was just dark with Astro turf. That made me feel claustrophobic. My stay was good but I would not choose to stay there again because of the lack of window to the street.

On the face of it a well positioned hotel with a nice well lit room. Only first story but pretty quiet. Service especially from the lady on the front desk in the evening was good However while elements of the decor clearly required attention the worst element was the odour in our room, which they handed over to us in this state and then tried to mask with spray….over clean towels. The odour reduced and then returned. The sight of a beetle in the reception was not encouraging, but this was reported to reception immediately. If they get to grips with it, this could be a fine hotel

Wonderful hotel & wonderful stay

Great location and nice hotel. Breakfast is excellent. The rooftop is nice to relax with a cold drink.

A gem of a hotel, it made my stay in Sevilla very pleasant (especially as one had to pop back to the hotel during the day to refresh in the stifling heat wave). Staff were extremely helpful, the location is perfect (countless main sights in the historic centre are perfectly walkable) - not to mention the myriad shopping and dining options around it. Breakfast was very pleasing, too, with a buffet range that frankly puts some 4-star hotels, too to shame sometimes.

Customer services are helpful and attentive. Location is in the middle of everything you need.

It only gets a three for it's location. Otherwise this is a poor excuse for international hotel.

Centrally located in the historic quarter, close to many shops and restaurants, just steps away from the hotel. Aldi supermarket next door. Las Setas is less than a 10 minute walk. The Cathedral is 20 minute walk. Very convenient hotel location. El Corte Ingles is right in front

Great location, spacious room, friendly staff, clean - very nice experience. I love that there was a refrigerator in the room.

Very well located

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Some photos indicated a pool- but there isnt one. It's a great location and we enjoyed being able to walk to local sites.
