One of the best decisions choosing this hotel. Family with 2 children, booked a room for 3 but it said they could accommodate 2 children for free. Turns out it was true! No kidding. Got 2 extra large beds, maybe even able to fit 3 people per bed. There is a balcony, you can request a drying rack for drying clothes. The bathroom has a bidet, the hot water is comfortable (fast and not extremely cold/hot). Access to everywhere is easy: about 1 km from the hotel is ARL (Ratchpraop Station) and BTS (Ratchathewi Station), just jump on a tuk-tuk from in front of the hotel. The hotel also has a one-way shuttle to Platinum, Central World, Siam Paragon, and BTS at certain times. Breakfast is a complete and delicious menu, Muslim-friendly too. Worth the price. Best for families, for those who want to explore Bangkok.

Clean rooms, clean children's play area, close to December, Tofu and Platinum, shopping back and forth, lots of places to eat and cafes too.

The hotel was old but they went through a renovation. Love the huge room. The air conditioning was however noisy and not cold at times. Good option for a big family. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Finding food is easy, there are lots of food vendors outside the hotel, lots of massage places, just cross straight to December.

Great for groups! Our connecting room was very spacious with four comfortable queen beds. The location is perfect for visiting Pratunam Market and Platinum Fashion Mall, with plenty of 7-Elevens nearby and massage shop too. While it's a 10-minute walk to major malls like Siam Paragon, a new BTS station is under construction, which will make travel much easier soon. Breakfast was good with a solid variety. Highly recommended for the space and convenience!

The room is very spacious and the location is close to the main road and Pratunam Market, although it is not soundproof, there are drinks in the lobby.

All good. The room and location were perfect. We got everything we needed. Note to Hotel: My denim jacket was left in the room. No hotel employee told us or reminded us. So please help me keep it, I will come back soon to take it 🙏🏽

Nice hotel, it has a comfortable room, but the hallways are so dirty. I think the hotel needs more elevators, the queue is sooo long, when I want to go to the lobby from my room, I need to go up first😄
