Ci hanno ricollocati preso il Mari del Sud Resort quindi non posso valutare questo hotel. Il Resort era bello ed il verde molto curato, peccato il servizio non adeguato al livello 4 stelle

Bad customer service. Broken shower. No feeling of being welcome in the hotel.

Nice location and garden, good breakfast offer and quality. Close to the port and to great sunset-watching spots. A really good place to just relax. On the negative side, the rooms could use some additional soundproofing (quite some noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms). Some of the staff were not too friendly and were not really trained (tried to charge us for the free welcome drinks, probably not out of bad intentions, but due to lack of communication / bad internal processes).

The staff are so nice and they gave us great reccomendations. The breakfest was great with fresh pineapple!!!

The hotel is very pleasant and the staff were excellent, helpful and conscientious. The hotel rated at "4 Star", was, however, in our opinion closure to a "3 Star", the reasons being:- The internet only worked within a couple of meters of the main reception desk, TV sets existed but didn't work in the bed rooms or TV lounge, Tea / Coffee making facilities in the rooms literally consist of a kettle and the bathrooms require some updating. Having said this if these issues were addressed a "4 Star" rating would be appropriate,

Check out is apparently not at 11:00 as the Hotels.com website states but 10:00 which surprised us a bit and forced us to change plans

Hotel Garden must be one of the friendliest and most comfortable hotel around the area. At 4**** rating and such a cheap price, it 's fantastic! Just briefly, i'll outline some pros and a couple cons about our stay. Pros: - Clean - Friendly Staff - Spacious Rooms - Large Beds - Wonderful balcony - Bathroom with large shower, toilet, sink, bidet and all the shower amenities you need - Great Price - Free transport to and from the port - Short walk from town centre and Mud baths Cons: - Limited Internet Access (Can only access free wifi in certain parts of the hotel) - Could be hard to find first time round - Only 2 of the staff speak good english - Room doors do tend to slam so not so good if you get woken up easily by sound. Word of warning for people travelling here. If you are walking to the hotel by yourselves, do try to arrive early in the day before the sun goes down as it may be hard to find on your first day. It is much better to contact the hotel and ask for a free service to pick you up at the port and bring you to the hotel. Especially if it is raining since there are no drainage systems in the whole of Vulcano and so the roads gets flooded very quickly (We found that there's a back entrance to the hotel in which the roads are less flooded if you do find yourselves outdoors when it suddenly rains) Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. Would definitely want to go back to Garden Hotel if I ever decide to visit Vulcano again. Highly Recommended!

About 10 minutes walk from the ferry terminal. I accepted the approaches of a taxi driver and it cost me 10 euros (on meter) - got a lift from the hotel back to the ferry when time to leave. The hotel is beautifully appointed. Very spacious room, balcony, very comfortable bed, powerful shower. Best of all VERY helpful ladies on reception

Hotel sans réception, il faut aller dans un autre hôtel pour obtenir la chambre. La piscine, le petit dejeuner est aussi ailleurs. Rien n'est précisé lors de la réservation. Par contre la dame a l'accueil etait tres gentille.

Ci hanno fatto aspettare fino alle 15 in in altra struttura , dopo entriamo in camere non preparate con le docce piene di animaletti non pulite ,senza asciugamano ,senza acqua nel frigo la tv non funzionava , penso don debba dire altro

Struttura pulita e collocata in una zona silenziosa, vicina al porto ma lontana dagli odori che potrebbero risultare sgradevoli per chi soggiorna a Vulcano. Un piacevole soggiorno con tutte le attrazioni disponibili nei dintorni e raggiungibili con una semplice passeggiata. Ho apprezzato i ragazzi della reception che si sono dimostrati molto cordiali e sorridenti. Unica pecca: una strada davvero molto buia per il rientro serale e servizio navetta non disponibile (almeno non durante il mio soggiorno di sole tre notti a inizio settembre). Nel complesso, per girare le altre isole Eolie, è un buon posto.

Personale disponibile, buona colazione. A noi è stata data la possibilità di fare check-out ben oltre l’orario previsto potendo utilizzare la camera Gino alla partenza dell’aliscafo. Servizio navetta per il porto incluso tra i servizi!

Un hotel ideale per trascorrere le vacanze nella splendida isola di Vulcano sia per la vicinanza alla spiaggia sia per l'ampiezza e la comodità della struttura, i cui plus sono inoltre la bontà e genuinità dei prodotti della colazione e l'essere davvero "pet friendly" (cosa non scontata). Una menzione particolare merita l'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo staff che ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati come in famiglia. Arrivederci all'anno prossimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti in questo splendido Hotel, immerso in un bel giardino curato. Da subito ci siamo sentiti come a casa, personale sempre disponibile e attento a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Abbiamo apprezzato il silenzio e la pace che regna, la posizione ottimale per uscire a piedi e raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti. Sia le stanze che le zone comuni sempre bel pulite, buona colazione, servizio navetta per il porto sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Una nota particolare a Sebastiana, persona squisita, che da subito ci ha coccolato, consigliato. Fantastico soggiorno!
