Very satisfied with the whole services, top-notch 1000/10. The room was very clean, comfy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were also easy. Most importantly, they value and care for the guests so much! Which I haven't experienced before. So, long story short, my husband had a birthday when we stayed there. I never told the hotel staff nor asked for a surprise help. The morning went as usual (our day-4 staying at the hotel). We went out the whole day and came back to the hotel at night, and guess what? We found a cute birthday cake with a handwritten letter on our room table :). It really touched our hearts, how they really care about us. Very appreciative of their thoughtful ideas. Would recommend for those who want to have a holiday in Bangkok!!

The room was a great size with a firm bed, and having the little kitchenette was super handy. The WiFi was strong, and it was nice to have some english TV channels. Breakfast was also really good. The best part is the location—you're right by all the public transport and big shopping centers. There's some constant road noise, but it honestly didn't bother us.

For the price point, everything was awesome—location (near to BTS & 7-Eleven), amenities, big room size, cleanliness, staff friendliness, etc. My only complaint would be the lighting, dependent on the room. For my room as it has big windows, daytime is still quite bright. However, it can be brighter as there is a separate window which has sort of a film that makes it unable to see through, but light can still come in. The lighting at night is a different story, the room is very dark. That is because there is no ceiling light (for my room) above the sofa & bed. There is only the standing lamp, and bedside lamp which does not really light up the room much. All these can be solved very easily by installing ceiling lights, and this would make the hotel 10/10. All in all, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend others to stay here if the lighting isn't a very big issue to them.

Very close to Asok station - easy to find and clean rooms, friendly staff and very helpful. However bathroom kits are not available - like razors or cotton balls - are required to bring them up.

Friendly and helpful staff from front office to housekeeping. The rooms are clean and hot water is supplied everyday. Amenities are well provided. Improvement and standard raised further since my first stay in 2016.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days with my 4 year old and 1,5 yo. The room is comfortable and big enough. Has laundrette and kitchenette. Also near supermarket so it's easy for me to prepare my kids meal. We definitely will stay here again.

Comfort place to relax with best team service. Near 24h supermarket, 7eleven, BTS train station, terminal 21 mall perfect! And they have coin washing machine that can help you to bring back your clean cloth to home

It is a nice experience to spend our days in Bangkok... the price for service apartment is relatively affordable during holiday season. It is also near the BTS and tourists destination

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to shops, restaurants, base stations and other facilities. The hotel rooms are very spacious, comfortable, hotel room facilities are very complete. Hotel staff is very friendly and the service was excellent. Breakfast menu is also very good. Overall, exceed my expectation.
