We chose this hotel because the price-to-value ratio looked good and it had positive reviews. Unfortunately, once we arrived, the experience was very disappointing.
The facilities are extremely poorly maintained. It was summer, and the air conditioner was broken, it made a very loud noise, making it impossible to keep on, and without it the room became unbearably hot. The room itself was very outdated and not well cared for; there wasn’t even a proper place to hang towels in the bathroom.
We had to leave because it was not a suitable place to stay for a week, especially while traveling with family. We were not expecting a five-star hotel, but this one doesn’t even meet a basic two-star standard. We paid for a quadruple bed, and the condition of the room did not justify the price at all. It looks like the staff did their best for cleaning, but the problem was the poor maintenance to facilities.
The only truly positive aspect was the staff. Everyone was very kind and understanding, and we truly appreciate that they refunded the remaining nights so we could find a more decent hotel for our family. I feel bad for the staff because they were excellent, but unfortunately the hotel itself does not offer a good guest experience.
