Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet despite it being a busy weekend. The flooring in our room was in rough shape from wear and tear, but everything else was modern and good. Pool was clean and warm, and breakfast was great as well. Loved the pancake machine. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Staff was great, love the included breakfeast. However, floor of my room had imperfections. There was some sort of spatter of liquide on the floor at my arrival.

Very clean, enjoyable. Breakfast is good. I would give a five star but i had a room at a very busy spot and it was not calm enough. But overall very good.

Clean room great breakfasr

Overall, everything went well. Clean room indeed, great staff, and the amenities we're nice. Didn't get the chance to try the pool but went to see it and I just wanted to jump in it. Got to look at the gym and actually do my exercises. The rooms weren't too soundproof as we could very well hear people/kids in the hallway and the parking is small.

Grateful for the staffs for their service.

Très beau séjour … Chambre propre , lit confortable. Nous avons demandé pour arriver plus tôt et ils nous ont trouvé une chambre .Ce fût très apprécié. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation

Pas d’eau chaude … douche froide

There was no hot water. It was very inconvenient. My dad can’t use that cold water he gets pain. We hope to get some sort of reimbursement

Everything was ok

Rooms looked reno, perhaps it was a older hotel. Was on the ground level so heater worked abit werid, got really hot when on and cold when off, especially the floors lol I would request a higher floor next time. Anyways breakfast area was nice and good options. Liked the covered parking area in the back and easy access FYI to future guests, saves you the hastle of cleaning snow off your car lol overall not a bad hotel and budget friendly.

It was a good experience

Très propre, lits confortables, belle décoration, lobby très agréable avec de nombreux canapés et une grande table à manger. La piscine ouverte jusqu'à 23h, le déjeuner inclus, le shampoing, gel douche et lotion en grands formats dans les chambres sont également très appréciés. Seuls bémols, l'insonorisation de la chambre était vraiment mauvaise (on entendait tout, allant jusqu'à l'eau s'écouler dans les tuyaux de l'étage supérieur, les voix, les pas des gens au-dessus de nous). L'isolation était également un problème, car le plancher était glacial et on sentait le froid près de la fenêtre qui pourtant ne s'ouvre pas.

La chambre est propre et agréable, bien que quelque peu petite. En revanche, les lits sont vraiment très confortables. Le petit-déjeuner inclus est un gros plus : offert sous forme de buffet, il est varié et très généreux. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine, dont la température est idéale (29 °C). Le seul point qui m’empêche de donner 5 étoiles concerne l’insonorisation, qui est déficiente. Après la première nuit, un passage à la pharmacie pour acheter des bouchons d’oreilles a toutefois réglé le problème!
