I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my family and I had during our recent stay. Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel
experience we’ve ever had.
•The elevators were out of service for the entire 3-night stay, causing serious inconvenience, especially for families and guests with mobility issues.
•There was no housekeeping service at all during our stay.
•Both rooms smelled strongly of mold and were overall in poor condition.
•The bathrooms were dirty upon arrival.
•The lamps and furniture in the room were extremely dusty.
•Towels were never available in the evenings we were told to pick them up in the morning due to other guests not leaving them outside their doors, which is unacceptable and not standard for any hotel service.
This experience was not only uncomfortable but unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements immediate changes to prevent future guests from going through what we did.
