hospitality was awesome , room was clean and comfy

I originally booked another motel hut it was scary and i was travelijg solo with 2 dogs. I called this hotel and asked about their dog policy etc. They were super nice so i booked a room. It was a nice hotel in a good area. 5 mins from HEB and any good food. The room smelled musty and wet. AC worked but not great. Carpet felt wet and damp. Dog friendly. The front desk people are really nice. I locked myself out of my room twice in 30 mins and they gave me another key, i locked my keys in my car with my phone and everything in there running. They let me use the phone to call my husband and let me and my dogs hang out in the front lobby despite their rules of no dogs in the main areas other than coming and going. I would definitely stay again.

The property seemed very unsafe. Our first room that we were in was in bad shape, the floor was sticky but the worst part was the door looked as it it had been broken into. My wife felt unsafe so we requested another room which was also looking like the door lock was pried open before. Looking out the back window from the room is a homeless encampment, tent and trails running through the woods. Probably the one responsible for all the pried doors. I couldn't sleep because there was lots of noise like peoplepving furniture around and had to keep one eye open for fear someone would try to come in. Very unsafe atmosphere. It was too late for us to do anything different, too late to get another room so we both barely slept at all. Never again at that place....

the stay was good,elevator out of order.we have to go down by stairs

Everything was fine except for the door lock. It was missing the door strike. I didn’t notice it until the second night and didn’t want to move. Everyone could have broken in to the room.

Clean room and friendly staff

Our room smelled moldy and the bath tub had mold they were painting the elevators when we arrived so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs smelled paint all night and mold

Everything was good and the price was worth it.

The only downside was ( Not enough parking )

Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean, and the free breakfast was better than most. Overall, La Quinta was a good deal and we were pleased with our stay. I also appreciated the free filtered water dispenser on the first floor.

The AC was very loud, however it worked well. We were right by the elevator and it went off frequently during the night. One night there was a woman in the halls shouting that it was one o'clock in the morning, which kept us awake. The property was clean, the fresh water with lemons and cucumbers was a nice touch. I also liked the water dispenser near the ice machine on the first floor.

Very rude and noisy guest kept us up all night no phone to front desk had to go downstairs to complain and staff didn't do anything to quiet the loud guests

Clean room, hall was very warm, Haley was very helpful. Well be back. Room 325 is a very noises room,i don't know what kept turning on and off.

The front desk lady was really helpful to me.
