All the personnel was superb. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and has a unique view.

Always great place to stay. Whenever I stay in Puebla this is my go to place. Conveniently located next to CAPU.

I like that is very close to the main bus station in Puebla, but the room I got, looked more like a motel roon than a hotel room to be honest. The towels looked like they seen better days.

My stay in this beautiful hotel is a must every trip i make, staff serves is the best.. Would definitely high recommend.

I got there late at night and left early in the morning.

Very unsafe, it had bed bugs in the room

Water never got fully hot. Luke warm at best. They have a bell hop and are accommodating but the water issue and the sheets were very stiff.

The attendant was a very pleasant lady , as the rest of the crew. I will be back again

they sent someone to clean my room with my permission I got about 1500 pesos on my bed they took it, that’s really disrespectful to me

Hotel entrance is under construction had to walk thru the gas station and broken floor tiles to get in the hotel. Desk clerk does not seem eager to check in guest too busy on her cell phone talking. She seemed mad because we interrupted her personal call. Rooms and hotel is very clean. Road noise is all night.

The place was really nice, convenient, and pricing was great! Also, good customer service.

So easy to find! Close to the the main bus station in the city!
