Wonderful hotel in the heart of the happening district. Close to restaurants, shopping, and the famous Caldea Spa. Very clean, friendly staff, excellent food, and convenient on-premises parking. Loved this place!

Horrible, Shower was not working properly and the shower head was broken, called ahead to make sure we could get to the ski station quickly, they lied about that closest one was 49 min away. They didn’t even add the ski and gear rental like requested, they also said they offered this when it was a lie. They also lied about parking availability and called ahead to confirm this. The electric plugs in the room didn’t even work so I could charge any of my devices. What a joke of a hotel and service. Horrible experience.

Staff were helpful and warming. The room was good but the hotel is on a busy road so a little noisy at times in the room. Overall good and if going back would stay there again

A well positioned hotel for the shops and restaurants, the staff are very helpful and friendly, the buffet breakfast is superb. All in all a very nice hotel where we have enjoyed staying several times.

Stating that the rooms are air conditioned is a lie! The control is with the hotel, and in winter months the conditioner only heats the room, so if it's a warm week they tell you open the window or check out without refund! (Without you mentioning the check out)

Staff at check in were great. Very helpful with getting luggage to the room.

The hotel is excellent and in a good position. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the breakfast, we understood that due to COVID restrictions the buffet breakfast was not possible and the food had to be served to us, but even the cooked food was not very hot which was due to the circumstances not the hotel's fault.

Super fast check-in, super clean due to Covid procedures (including free mask and gel) and great location with lots of cafes , supermarkets and at usual shopping street.

Well positioned in the town centre, the staff were friendly and helpful. They do however advertise free coffee and cake in the reception area but the coffee with milk didnt work and there was hardly ever any cake.

Stayed for a few days over new year Eve. The hotel was clean and the bed actually was pretty good. Would have liked a more full complement of toiletries if I'm being picky. Breakfast was pretty basic and the same each day we were there.Good location for walking into town.

Was such a great experience in golden tulip fenix. Hotel was clean and great location. Above all, staff were really nice. Especially celeste. Celeste is the kindest person I have ever seen!! She is so helpful and generous. She made sure that we had the best stay and made a call for the bus company to change the schedule for us. I would love to go back to andorra and stay again at golden because of Celeste. Thank you!!

Well positioned for the town centre, comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff and a great breakfast selection.

Convenient location. Staff helpful but some speak only Spanish and Catalan. The bed, pillows and sheets can be more comfortable for a good night sleep. The housekeeping doesn't always show up.
