Check in staff has an attitude. Terrible communication and explanation about what was included and what wasn't. Maintenance guy was very helpful and professional.

Very cute hotel next to the Gare du Nord with a theme of trains. Great for couples with little luggage since room are tiny. Good breakfast. Nice service. Very original rooms modeled as train cabins.

the staff and system is not professional .... I was given a room key where some other guests were inside .... the staff finally gave me the other room .... on the second day of stay, my info was still showing i was stating in the wrong room which create a lot of misunderstandings....

Ok hotel.

Excellent location, right beside Gare du Nord. Staff were really nice and friendly. The only slight downside is a lack of storage space/ wardrobe space as I stayed six nights, but it was a fairly minor problem.

Lovely hotel and staff! Loved the train themed rooms - felt like a Wes Anderson film in the best way. The staff were so friendly. Great breakfast. We really loved using the hammam after a long day of exploring - don't miss out on this great amenity! If you are using the Eurostar you can't beat the location for convenience.

The property was okay but the rooms were very small. It was in a questionable area.

The hotel itself was wonderful, clean and tidy, very friendly staff and convenient to the station. But I heard the sound of subway during the night.
