Amazing staff,location and amenities

Wednesday morning is bin morning and it’s loud as hell early in the morning. You won’t sleep through it. Great room, very comfortable. Simple. No frills. Breakfast at the golf club.

Sue at reception was very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean but lacked amenities such as bathrobes in the bathroom. The lounge area could benefit from some cushions on the sofa. Amenities in the kitchen was limited to tea/coffee/ green tea. Juice or water and more than one small carton of milk would have been good in the fridge. The outside areas such as pool and barbecue area are immaculate and the grounds are beautiful.

From check in to check out everything was easy lovely room with great amenities and a lovely view of the golf course.

The room was clean and offered the basic amenities we required, however the styling and furnishing of the room was not what we would have expected from a property at this price point. Prints on the walls were ugly and a real miss match, the couch was tiny and uncomfortable for 2 people. Both the room and the property featured fake plants that were dated and offered no visual value and the stairwells were littered with dead flies. The pool although clean offered limited shade options

Pretty basic but comfortable, clean and convenient, very friendly staff.

Close to the golf course and the town of Barwon Heads.

Comfortable bed, didn’t like the golfers

Great location in a lovely venue surrounded by the lush green golf course. Room was fully equipped with kitchen and living areas. Only stayed a little while but enjoyed it a lot.

Property was clean and had all amenities

It would have been a nice resort in its day. Now very tired. Repairs overdue. Floor lifting Mould everywhere. Even had no toilet paper! Had to go and ask Also in the middle of nowhere. Way overpriced

The entire property is in poor condition, windows are filthy and look like they have never been cleaned, and I mean all windows in stairwells, on all rooms etc. The woodwork is very tired and it needs a good paint. Our room was a bit better but the freezer was filthy, the toilet paper was cheap 1 ply that you would find in public toilets at a train station and the kitchen floor hadn’t been mopped in years.

I never give a bad review and I won’t go into detail. We will not be back

Property won me over on the simplicity in booking and checking in. The room looked brand new in terms of hygiene which made it very comfortable. The pool was also very clean and kept well. Overall, excellent stay with the kids. Cant fault anything at all.
