Clean, comfortable and cheap, 20 minutes away from the ferry port with a good selection of restaurants nearby. Perfect for a short overnight stay before an early morning ferry crossing.

The road noise was obvious. The room smelt of other people's smoking. The room was warm and air con noisy. Couldn't have window open due to noise plus people smoking outside on the balcony. TV not working. Wouldn't stay here again

We knew that reception closed at 21.00 and we would not arrive before 23.00 so we followed the instructions to contact the hotel. Firstly the hotel never replied through the messaging service so I telephoned and despite language difficulties was given a code for the machine outside the hotel to issue a door key. On arrival the machine was not working the tel number was not answered. Horrible, we were tired and cold with no way to get into a room. Another tel number was displayed on the machine and eventually we were let in and given a key. Overall a horrible experience so stressful believing that we might have to look for a hotel so late when we were so tired. Never again

Horrible hotel, we felt so unsafe that we slept with a chair against the door. Bathroom was the smallest thing I’ve ever seen. The building looks very old, the room smelled of cigarettes even though we got a non-smoking room. Super weird neighborhood and people.

We have stayed there before and it was alright but this time the water was cold and we couldn't get the heating to work. We said we had one person that could not do stairs that was disabled and although we had a ground floor room it was too small to move about with a person using a stick.

Spotlessly clean and the location is great for a convenient stop over. Lots of eating options around the hotel. Breakfast OK. Very good value. Very small room, tiny bathroom and a few minor maintenance issues. The bed isnt very comfortable and the upper bunk is really close to the ceiling - so very high and limited headroom.

Because we were arriving late, they sent me codes to get into the car park and the room. All relatively easy, though the questions at the machine for the keys, were a bit confusing, i.e. breakfast required at a cost, when breakfast was included in the price we paid. Apart from that, everything else was good. We got exactly what we expected, for the price we paid.

A very clean budget hotel ideal for the solo road trip. Easy late book in via a contactless terminal.

The room was very small. The noise from the nearby road was too loud. The price was low and was appropriate to this hotel.

The hotel is easy to find and convenient for restaurants. It's good for a quick overnight stay but beds not overly comfortable. The bed over the top of the double bed doesn't have a lot of room from bed to ceiling and my daughter didn't like it.

Check-in was much earlier than shown on the Expedia paperwork. Receptionist was excellent in all respects. Room was simple but very fresh and clean. Difficult to find in the dark - No signs within the ZAC complex. Easier to find KFC or Big Mac!

Excellent location - there are any numbers of restaurants within a stone throw of the hotel, and a Carrefour close by. Secure parking, good WiFi and basic but very comfortable rooms. I used as a layover for the ferry back to Portsmouth - the ferry terminal is a very easy 17 min drive form the hotel. Would use again
