I booked here for a week but left after one night. It was full of bugs and there was blood on my sheets. It resembles an American motel where a serial killer would take people to kill them. Genuinely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Disgusting!

The room was extremely cold . Left over of toilet paper . Hair around towel . Only one tower . The blanket very thin . I think it’s over rated . That was the first and last in

Good for the price

This premiere classe was well below the standard we expect of the chaine, externally in need of attention and the bathroom fixtures loose. The bathroom itself was different to the norm with more space but fitted out for tall people e.g toilet raised high!

It was a nice Hotel, comfortable, hot shower and warm in the room.

Room nearest road bit noisy if you are a light sleeper you will need ear plugs

A clean compact room ideal for one night. Had the bed been a little softer I might have stayed two nights

The room is cramped, but the price is very low. For the low price the room was very clean with comfortable beds. Because check-in after after 8:00 pm is electronic - the desk is closed - you better have the THEIR reservation code or you might not get a key to access your room. The only other option is if the person can be reached by phone and they come to assist.

The bed fills the room with a shower at the end. Its a bed & a shower and that's it. If this is what you want then ok. But, the area is full of very nice places and I made a point of leaving early and coming back late. There were lots of French people staying so its popular and the room was clean. It's simply that its like a prison cell and as its on an industrial estate there is really no where to walk. I found village hotels that were very nice at a reasonable price and I would advise that you shop around. Agen does not have much going for it either - but the countryside and villages are great. On my first night I requested to amend my booking to a reduce number of days so I could find somewhere else - not possible, no refunds given. NOT Recommended unless you are unable to find anywhere else to sleep

Il manque un tapis afin de sortir de la douche car il y a tjrs pleins d'eau à terre et l autre fois j'avais omis de vous le dire Par contre le plafond malgré le blanc mis au plafond on voit les champignons dû à l humidité

Chambre propre par contre dessus de lit et couverture avec des trous de brûlures de cigarette wc trop haut il faudrai que le joint de la porte soit refait car il y a un jour en haut et en bas Personnel à l accueil très agréable et reste disponible pour les clients

Séjour juste a notre besoin ,halte pour couper un long trajet.

Je n'ai rien a dire que c'était très bien.

Le personnel est agréable et a l'écoute le petit déjeuner correct pour le rapport qualité prix, par contre la propreté des chambres est plus que médiocre et en limite d'hygiène.

La chambre, bien qu'un peu fatiguée, était idéale pour un court séjour et d'un bon rapport qualité-prix. La réceptionniste était excellente, très courtoise et désireuse d'aider.
