The views to the volcano are phenomenal much better than we expected. Extremely satisfied.

Excelente hotel, súper cómodo, la comida muy buena, bien ubicado, perfectas instalaciones, piscina y áreas verdes con una atención impecable.

The property was veey nice, the exterior needed much needed updating as mold was all over the staircase clear wall. The room was nice, minus fact shower didnt get hot. But the hot tub watwr and sink water was scolding hot just as i like it. But yhe tub/jacuzzi didnt work there were never any bubbles. We called it in but in 6 days never got fixed. All in all i liked the hotel, but it wasnt a 9.6 rating. I woukd say 8.7

Very good breakfast, very nice amenities.

They have a wonderful spa, the restaurant in the hotel has nice food and other restaurants are in walking distance and safe.

The property was clean. We ate breakfast daily. Everyone was super nice. We loved it!

Everything at the hotel was great. beautiful grounds, great view of volcano.

Our stay was amazing. We stayed for a week and we had an activity everyday and was very good for proximity- the most far away activity was 30 minutes for the hanging bridges. Overall an excellent stay for a family of 4 and 2 kids under 10. Would come back here again but there are others areas of Cista Rica we would explore.

Everything was great from the location to the staff and service. Though we had to walk two floors and use the elevator to get to our room with a stroller and two kids - just something to we aware of or let them know in advance

The hotel has a great view of the Arenal volcano. Would love to see in the future hot springs in the pool area!

The hotel is great, wonderful rooms and facilities really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious would definitely recommend anyone to stay here

Tivemos um problema antes da chegada e entramos em contato com a hospedagem, que de nada ajudou. Tivemos que pegar a estrada a noite, uma estrada super complicada, mão unica, sem acostamento e uma subida cheia de curvas. A vista do hotel é linda, de frente para o vulcao Arenal. Mas o hotel parece ja ter tido dias melhores. Baratas pelo corredor, ficamos sem agua no hotel inteiro, tv mal funciona (nem pense em assistir nenhum streaming, a tv nao é smart e os canais todos tem chiado). O café da manhã é ok, mas em um sistema muito esquisito em que o atendente serve ós hóspedes num buffet. Enfim, custo beneficio ok, mas nada que valha a recomendação. Eu escolheria outro hotel.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful, attentive staff, delicious food,& beautiful view of Arsenal. The stay was very quiet and relaxing.
