Room was beautiful. Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and a wonderful staff make this a great place for a weekend in Lenox.

Absolutely love it Staff is lobbing, attentive and respectful They gave us directions for a beautiful restaurant where we had excellent service Zinc Bistro, which I totally recommend now Beautiful rooms, special, wonderful well done breakfast (as one expects from a real B&B) Perfection.

The front desk clerk refused to honor my request for a first floor room due to a recent knee injury. He said I would have to pay $75 more for a king delux room. I had secured a standard double king room through Expedia. He then said I could have a first floor queen room but he could not guarantee it - he would leave it as a “note” on my reservation. I would have to go to the Inn to see about availability. I was not going to drive 3 hrs to learn whether I could have a first floor room or not. I did not check in as I was very concerned about stairs leading to a further injury. Apparently this Inn refuses to acknowledge the Americans With Disabilities Act. Interestingly, the other inns I booked with Expedia gladly found me a first floor room.

Overall a really fun place to stay. Rooms were good quality and the staff was welcoming and helpful.

Mike, The and keeper was a fabulous host. He couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating, and the end is beautifully kept and appointed.

Cute property and our room was perfect. Small but had a separate seating area with a nice couch and TV. The staff was fantastic and the free breakfast included a menu of 3 main items to select from that were served at your table.

Honestly I just enjoyed being able to relax Play some games in the cute pub and the breakfast was yummy and stuff was inviting and so helpful
