Amazing stay at El Mouradi Palace, Sousse! Stayed Jan 2–18 for my honeymoon and a small party—everything was perfect. Great staff, highly trained managers, excellent security, beautiful rooms, and the food was outstanding (very experienced chef team). I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels worldwide, but this one is special. Recommend Full Board—the food is amazing. Thanks to Mr. Sahbe (Duty Manager) for his kindness and hospitality.

If you’re looking for a hotel in Tunisia that can truly handle honeymoon, birthday parties, family gatherings, or events, El Mouradi Palace in Sousse is a perfect choice. Rooms were very nice, and the security is excellent, which added a lot of comfort and peace of mind. I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels across different countries, but this hotel offers something different: strong management, great people, great food, and a memorable atmosphere. I hosted a small party there and spent my honeymoon at the hotel, and I’m very grateful for how well everything was handled. Had a tribble stay there... everything was so poor.

The hotel is ok. Most days no clean towels on the room and cleaning was to the bare minimum on the room. No accommodation for gluten and lactose intolerance at the restaurant. Extremely crowded and super noisy. Some staff super nice but others not so much. Wouldn't stay again.

My stay was really enjoyable. All the staff were nice apart from the housekeeping who never cleaned our room even when we put the sign the most they did was supply toilet roll. Never cleaned the floor or picked up the wet towel or vacuumed. It got so bad that we have roaches in the room and had to change rooms. But other than that the stay was brilliant. The staff in the restaurants, bar and animations staff were all friendly and polite.

The place was good and the staff also, they are trying their best to keep you happy. What i didn’t like about the place is the Standard rooms are horrible, the furnitures look so old and the beds as well. If you are planning to stay there place get Superior Room and you will like it …

The worst hotel I’ve ever been to! The staff were sooo rude and mean during the check-in and parking! Never again

I decided to cancel the booking and they didn't respect my wishes. I paid money and I'm not happy with it.

Fell in LOVE with this place. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful in getting everything ready. Room was beautiful, everything was spotless. I personally got the “full board” option which included food and the buffet was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you to such a great group of people!
