The property was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend it.

Stayed for three nights. Staff were friendly and polite. Very good breakfast options. Shower in room had power but, did not stay in the shower head holder, which caused water to go everywhere. TV remote did not work. Loud noise from outside. Room was OK but, had seen better days. Location is good.

Fabulous stay in a very good location. Plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all close by. The courtyard is a lovely spot to enjoy a glass or two and the bar area has a good selection of drinks. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed, though we thought ours needed a dressing table.

Very nice hotel close to the centre of Krakow and everything is within walking distance for everything else. Trans also running close by to get you further afield. Stayed on my own and was put in the top floor and I must say the room is a little small with nowhere to store your luggage if staying for more than a few days. Clothes hangers were provided so you can hang your items on coat hooks. The rooms on the top floor have a sloping roof so if you're tall like myself you tend to hit the ceiling a few times. Everybody else I spoke to had a great time so I must have been the exception? There was a fridge in the room and everything was spotless with a choice of a radiator or air con. The breakfast was the highlight with a vast amount to choose from from hot to cold there was something for everybody including cakes. The staff were all very pleasant and willing to help you with anything. At the end of the day the bar is a nice place to relax.

Great base for exploring. Near to plenty of restaurants, the tram and easy walking distance from some of the main sites.

A small hotel within walking distance of many of the attractions in Krakow. Basic but comfortable accommodation, breakfast option good and sets you up well for a day of sight seeing and adventure. Staff friendly in the hotel.

Hotel dobrze usytuowany, z dobrym zapleczem gastronomicznym. Niestety obsługa nie jest zbyt profesjonalna. Są to zazwyczaj młodzi ludzie, co nie jest czymś złym, ale nie wszyscy są dobrze przeszkoleni do obsługi. Pokoje nie są zbyt dobrze wycziszone od strony drzwi.

Great service they give you a free drink when you arrive! Beds are comfortable and the breakfast is really good!

Comfortable place to stay with a great staff.

What a wonderful hotel in the heart of the old Jewish Quarter. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was lovely and we loved the garden at the rear of the hotel. I spent a couple of late afternoons in the garden with my Kindle and a G and T for company. The staff arranged for a cake, balloons, a bottle of bubbles and a card for my husband's birthday on the Friday - his face was a picture when we went back to our. room I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would most definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making our stay such a pleasure.

Close to to everywhere. Clean and quiet

Our room was a bit small as were some of the others in the group, but some were bigger. Great location, breakfast was also very good. Hotel was fine for a short city break.

Value for money good location ideal for short break

Excellent stay and the staff were very helpful and polite.The location is reasonable if we get to the Square. The room was smaller than expected but it was tidy and clean. Under the beds need to be hoovered. Apart from that, the value for money was excellent :)

I didn’t really enjoy this property. The beds weren’t that comfortable and the blankets were more like thin duvets wrapped in large sheets. They were too big for the single beds and were hard to keep in the bed at night.

Location and breakfast excellent.The staff were very helpful,nothing was any trouble.Also very good with local knowledge.
